have always enjoyed my meals here. nice food cooked after you select what you want. go back as often as you like to get more. so different thing's can be tried.
desserts are pancakes you can use whatever sauce you want on them which is great. there's also fruit to have in or on pancakes now as well.
really enjoyable and fun place to visit. had meal on 16 may really nice,goodselection of food and seafood, pancakes were beautiful and light. it seems the new circular hot plate makes things quicker to have meal cooked too.

good if you're really hungry- the best way to get value for money. it's alsogoodfor young groups as it has an entertainment factor build into it.

taste wise, everything ends up having the same taste regardless of what ingredients or oils you use.

in terms of a buffet it is kind of interesting, but if you are looking for a great-tasting meal, your money is better spent elsewhere.

very disappointed, we had been wanting to try these guys for months. we were seated in the front of the restaurant even though there were heaps of tables down the back where it was warm. i had to wear my jacket the whole night and was still cold, my daughter whose 16th birthday it was, was freezing. we come from a hospo background and know you are only asgoodas your lastgoodday. it seems these guys think they can do no wrong and happy customers don't matter, this attitude is normally the start of the slippery slope into mediocrity. we won't be going back that's for sure. it was our daughter's 16th birthday and the service really put a damper on her big night.

what an experience, a whole new way to eat your food with so many options for such agoodprice! we went on a friday night, started off pretty quiet but quickly got busier after we had got our main meals! i would try to avoid this place if there are lots of children present as i was banged into at least 10 times whilst grabbing my food.

nice inviting atmosphere but the cues were to long and the food bars were crammed like u were in a line for a justin bieber ticket or something. how ever the food was really yum the host and waitressgoodjob,   disapointing part was the young european man cooking the food sneezing and sparying all over the food and wiping his runny nose on his clothing........ hamilton gengys this is..... really upset and wanted money back but was too pissed of so just up and left....we dined here on the 15/11/17... not sure if we shall return. this was our first time taking the kids out on a dining expereince and we feel we paid for a disapointment due to not the gengys it self but this youngs man lack of respect and hygeine....not to mention  the guys dinner he dropped on the floor yes maybe a accidentbut no apology was given

decent array of meat and seafood, paired with a wide range of sauces and seasoning, and cooked right in front of you on a sizzling hot plate. the marinated beef and lamb especially was delicious, and you can ask the chefs to cook them rare if you prefer. the side dish of kumara and orange was surprisinglygoodas well, and the pancakes with ice cream for dessert was a nice indulgence.

my main gripe for the night was that we were asked to pay before we ate - we did not mind this at first, but that was before we noticed that almost everyone else was paying on the way out. if you are concerned about people leaving without paying, then you should apply consistent operating procedures across the board, not single out a few customers. left a bad taste in the mouth, which was a pity.

to start with,i was surprised when i was told that i had to choose the ingredients and how much of each i wanted,and the chef would just cook it for me . well if i wanted to do that, i could have stayed home. since i am not frequent in the kitchen, i wasn't sure how much spice was enough and combination of which would give agoodtaste. ended up having a bland plate do of noodles. i couldn't see any special sauces or spices other than the usual chillis and soys.. not very authentic mongolian i should say...disappointed...but in the expensive too...

well.. friendly service, nice wall arts... but unfortunately the food was not good. it's quite risky way of serving buffet because customer actually a chef there. so cook at home yourself is better. exept those painting on the wall you dont really get what is mongolian food. not much choices. and not really fresh. quite disappointed. however it's improve-able.goodluck.

everything was good.goodfor children. various of food. may be not enough deserts, but it depend on your aim: if you want meat or seafood, there are a lot of it. discount for students and on weekdays))). thank you.

i dined here with my husband and i'd just like to say that the service received was nothing short of stellar. friendly, welcoming and helpful, the staff ensured that the experience was a great one.
the food wasgood(of course i'd say that, i picked out all the flavours) and the pancakes and ice-cream were delicious!
pricewise, it was much cheaper than expected, so all in all, i believe it warrants a return visit :)
