i keep coming back. just wanted to add a note to my previous reviews. they have a few nice new menu additions. in the winter they occasionally offered cornmeal waffles, and they've made it to the standard summer menu now, thankfully, because they're excellent. never dry, perfect degree of doneness, and the fresh fruit toppings are great, too. and there's a little, well i think it may be creme fraiche, i'll have to ask, but it's great. the saturday-only strata offering is excellent as well, we're just usually there on fridays.
we've recommended to others who've also liked it very much. keep up the good work!

can't go wrong at grb. another excellent todd schulte venture. gennesse royale quickly became my favorite breakfast place after a couple of visits. by now i've had 5 breakfasts there. coffee is great, which is to me the foundation of breakfast, but then the food is always excellent. can't go wrong with the egg and cheese sandwich, which is really well sized and agreatvalue on top of being delicious. i really like it on the wolfterman's english muffin. farmer's plate isgreatbecause the potatoes aregreatand i guess i take the outstanding bacon for granted by now. also the soft boiled egg isgreat(don't get philip's soft egg, you're better off a la carte w. egg plus meat plus toast because toast comes w. egg).
but today was my first lunch here and it was also great. my wife had the tuna (with a little hard boiled egg) special sandwich. loved the brussels sprouts as a side. me, i had the burger and it was absolutely great. so flavorful (also on a wolfterman's english muffin), and i have no idea how it can be so juicy but not underdone at all, perfectly done in fact. just wish there was a side like a small salad or potatoes or something to complement it (you do get a little greens and brussels sprouts). it was a little chilly outside (low 30s) and we sat right next to the garage door but it must be well insulated, i wasn't cold. and sometimes it does get a little cold there first thing in the morning when they open. not a large place so get there early if you're there for saturday breakfast. me, i go fridays and it's really nice. plus they have wifi. i will certainly keep coming back and it's nice that they recognize us. i couldn't recommend it more highly.
