i took my burger back to my table and began to peel back its shiny fortress. my first bite is heaven, a beautiful ratio of flavours burst over your palate like a waterballoon your on your bosses face. there's a ridiculous amount of pleasure involved, to savour it you start digging into the fries ,delay the inevitable end for just a bit. but the fries are another feat, crispy batons without being too greasy, dipped into the self serve mayonaise/tomato ketchup combo i had procured from the counter upon collection. back to the burger to realise that the buns are as carefully selected as the meat itself, far from the "bundy" variety, these dough duos have flavour and a texture that compliments every bite.
the cuisine may be simple, but the simplest things are the most extraordinary.
