ice cream is nice and smooth texture. cone is crunchy. i just wish the ice cream is filled in the whole cone! feels a bit sad when theres no ice cream at the bottom...😅

easily the best gelato on north shore. all flavours lack any artificial taste so its an easy decision to take my kids whenever they’re crying for a frozen treat!

i work in the neighbourhood for 5 months and just realised there is an italian gelato shop between the chinese restaurants!

got myself a cone of pistachio, will try their cassata next :)

the one who served me was polite and accomodating, which is always a plus.

i love gondola's gelato because it has a wide variety of flavours and the taste is great. the staff are very friendly and offer you huge servings. although it is a little bit pricey, i highly recommend.

pricey? it is quality!
after italy trip, we are desperate to find good gerateria. we are happy to live close this shop.

the service is good but depending on who is at the counter. the owner (? italian nan) is friendly and flexible. if your favorite flavoure is not the display, simply ask. they may have it in the back freezer.

limone is my recommendation after greasy chinese food!

chocolate, strawberry , pistachio, vanilla - all absolutely delicious. i love this place!
really friendly staff as well.
would be nice if they let you taste more than 2 flavours .. but to be honest, it doesn’t really matter, from what i tasted , it is all good.

will return to gondola time and time again. gelato is smooth and creamy better than anywhere else. pistachio and hazelnut flavours are the best !

flavours: tiramisu & macadamia ice cream.

the names of the flavours were called something else but that’s what they essentially were. the flavours of the ice cream were creamy and i knew it was good quality ice cream from the taste and also that it’s made fresh daily. however, it was expensive for $7.50 for 2 scoops when you compare it to other gelato parlours.

this is a great gelato place very close to chatswood chase. they have one bench inside for people to sit at, and then two tables outside. it's very cosy and they have a great range of flavours. the owner had an awesome accent was very nice. even when my card was rejected, he was really patient with me. i love definitely come back here again after this experience!

the flavours are super delicious. try the pistachio with lychee flavour together. yum!!!!! probably one of the best ice cream in sydney compared to cow and moon

premium coffee bean. one of the best coffee i had in sydney. i always visit this shop every time i am in chatswood.

today they accidentally served me a coffee with a leaking cup and when i told them, they made me another cup of coffee as well as a small cup of gelato. 😊😋

heard about this place ages ago but only just managed to try it last weekend. we were blown away by the flavours, especially the pistachio. you can really taste the difference when the product is made with top quality ingredients and with love. the owner was very friendly and passionate about his product and happily answered questions. if you're in the chatswood area, don't miss this. i think we have decided that we will fit gelato in whenever we visit chatswood for a meal :)

definitely the best gelato in chatswood! gelateria gondola has a large selection of sorbets and their ice cream is made from jersey milk. the staff are very attentive and their uniforms are adorable. bought the blood orange sorbet and the coffee marscarpone ice cream today. the blood orange sorbet was light and refreshing whilst not being overly sweet. the coffee marscarpone was decadent and had an accurate coffee flavour. i thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream.

i am italian and a gelato lover. gondola makes the perfect traditional gelato in sydney. perfect traditional taste and perfect traditional texture. this is exactly the gelato i like. my rule is: if the fiordilatte is good, all flavours will be good. well, their fiordilatte (fior di jersey) is a m a z i n g!!! plus, i really enjoyed the experience of talking to the staff - luca and davide, who i understand are actually the owners as well as gelato masters and makers. it's so nice to chose and eat your gelato while luca explains everything about it. completely different from the marketing atmosphere that you find at other shops here in australia. i'm still dreaming with the perfect texture and the fresh taste of this gelato. i really look forward to going back soon!

one of the nicest gelato ive eaten but not the cheapest. coming in at $7.5 for two scoops. i chose lychee cacao and macadamia. both very delicious. service was attentive and location is close to the station. recommend if your in the area. tip, go for the cone, it seems they scoop in more ice cream.
