simple tasty food. looked hygienic. we ordered veg thalis, which had potatoes three ways, two kinds of dal and a pumpkin subzi. i enjoyed it more than the non veg thalis a couple of others had ordered. the non veg versions are a little overpriced i'd say. a good place to savor assamese cuisine nevertheless.

ordered food from swiggy amd must say the food is awesome here...they send the food early too.. been there a lot of tym some years ago but because of the parking problem stopped visiting.. now that it is online.. i recommend u must try the dishes. they are currently giving 50% off over online delivery 😋

ordered sumptuous veg meal from swiggy which is newly launched in guwahati, awesome service awesome food. authentic assamese cuisine , the meal includes joha rice, yellow dal, black dal, aloo pitika( mashed potatoes), khar(prepared with raw papaya, vegetables,pulses ), green herbs, vegetable fried, kheer. would love to visit this place soon.

today, i tried gam's delicacy's 'paatot diya chicken' and i loved it. recipe is quite good, i can feel it. i definitely recommend this dish with joha rice. happy food haunting😉

visited delicacy, and had a very awesome traditional lunch. a must visit restaurant for the ethnic lovers. ordered duck with sesame and it was mouth watering. every dishes are unique and tasty. i give five star for food plus service.

so i have been to this place a lot of times. firstly they serve a clear soup which is tasty. then i ordered a pork thali which had different pork dishes. they were really tasty. i also ordered a pork khorika whivh was good as well. but what i love tge most is the payokh or kheer that we get with the thali.

i had been to this place...n we had ordered banana flower with chicken and banana leaf with chicken.... believe me these two items were so mouth watering ...highly recommended....never had such items b4

amazing food! excellent presentation. polite service. the food is a veritable explosion of authentic assamese taste in your mouth. highly recommend!

love the assamese thali served in the bell metal plate-kaah'or kaahi. authentic axomiya ekhaj. the appatizer coriander soup is so delicious and the paayokh in the end objectifies the statement we know ,all is well that ends well. i have tried the chicken pork and fish khorika and all are fabulous. a good meal can cost your pockets out there but once in a while it's worth it.

ah! my favourite place. one of the best place to have assamese ethnic food in guwahati (probably in assam 😋, i am not sure). a must visit place if you want to taste mouthwatering assamese delicacy.
my favourite combination: joha chaul r bhat ( joha rice), mati dail ( black lentil) and hahor manokho r fry (duck fry).

very good restaurant. food is excellent. we tried chicken fry and it was best. aloo bhaji was very good and unique. rice and dal quantity was very good. 1 rice served 2 and my 5 year kid also had in it. aloo pitika was very average. enjoyed the meal to the fullest

a decent place to have your food with your family,friends etc.etc.the place is very spacious,the staff is good.nice,cool and calm environment inside the restaurant.the food they serve is really very good.the price of the food items are little bit expensive if you compare it with restaurants like khorikaa or mising kitchen.
overall a very good experience in gam's delicacy.

first encounter with assamese or ne food , and luckily i choose better place.

place is nice,warmth,clean with comfortable seating. this place is jam for non vegetarian who can try anything pigon/duck/pork.

service is fast and they do serve veg clear soup complimentry.portion size is gud for two people.
they do serve variety of thalis like veg thali/chicken/fish thali.

a la carte is bit on higher side, better to go for thali.

i choose to go for a la carte ordered chicken curry with bamboo shoot, mutton curry with aloo and joha rice (plain rice).food taste is gud. their accompaniments is also yum.

suggestion- try thali then go for a la carte.

situated in ganeshguri this place is famous for its ethnic cuisines. the place seems to be really a sought-after place particularly during the lunch time. we had the chicken thali; a bit pricey but then it's worth every penny. although not an ethnic food lover but maybe because of the different varieties of chicken they served, i managed to complete my whole thali🤣
p.s. i would definitely recommend it to others as well...😍

if one looking for authentic assamese food, this is the place. they have a very large restaurant next to highway, it's a must visit. food quality/taste bets the best.
