it was very much unpleasant experience as the bouncer wouldn't allow us as we are 2 stags with couple. he allows only who pays him huge. we're 6 and the bill was more than 15k.

the manager of the pub goes along with the bouncer who wouldn't let us in but the head of bouncer came forward to talk with us but didn't help. after fighting for an hour, there comes rizwan khan who understood us and let us in. only because of rizwan, we enjoyed the day else we wouldn't never turn up to frat again. rizwan deserves managerial position as the current manager was also a corrupt who wass demanding more money to let us dance on the dance floor. please make rizwan the manager so that he understands the customer needs. the head of all bouncers was concerned about us but not the manager. that bouncer would allow his friends who are just stags without any couple but was demanding money from us to enter the dance floor. if rizwan khan wasn't there, i would've give you 1 rating and never visit frat. please make such worthy persons to manage the pub unlike the current manager. he just listened to whatever that bouncer said and never turned up again. i've checked with him again but he was rude.we were going to rogue since 6 years and we choosed frat because of such biased behaviour.

if this happens everytime, there's no difference between you and rogue.

music is not good..very less food options in menu..sound system also bad..

food and drinks are average but pricy menu(unworthy). good service and normal ambiance. smoking section was awesome. dj is terrible. i need to give 1 star for projector screen. i haven't seen such a small screen in the world(around 32 inch) that too covered with dj stage people.

food is okay. service was good untill i was demanded for a tip after paying 380 buks of service charge. waiter says service charge is kept with management not given to them. place is quote loud no room for conversations.

yesterday i visit almost 3 clubs and this club people are very generous to my party people mostly suresh manager have treated me and my friends in a very good way and i had the best food & liquor best enjoyable music vibes. i conclude this club is the best for party people at night time at hyderabad

although not the largest of pubs, it packs all the key ingredients in - good selection of drinks,friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent crisps and a great atmosphere.

great ambiance, amazing food......just loved it :-) would love to hangout at this place again.......

manager praveen was very vague while booking the table and didn’t even state a valuable reason for the conversation we had. it’s only about booking till we reach, didn’t provide table and never mentioned about only couples allowed on the dance floor.

don't go by those 5 star ratings anybody can tell those are ratings from frat house team itself.
rest everything is fine, i just don't understand why they are charging both entry + cover charge. either do a entry charge or cover charge.

if anybody from frat house can explain me what's the logic behind.

place is too costly while service is average in comparison to price.

worst experience ever!!!!
first of all they made us buy a 2000/- "discount" coupon for 2000/- at the entry, when there weren't any tables for us to sit inside! we obviously didn't know this fact that all the tables were already reserved, so went in and that's when we realised that we don't have anywhere to sit!
some waiter asked us to sit in some place which was obviously for a bigger group of people, and not 2 people, and then we ordered drinks which weren't great either. and all they had were classic cocktails but the menu showed a lot of varities 😒
the waiter who gave us food and drinks took away our coupon and didn't give it back!
we had one drink each, and then we were waiting for another waiter to come and take another order for a good amount of time, instead the manager or so, comes by and tells us to move and sit at the bar and he setup 2 chairs for us.
we complied nicely, and we tried to order food, but we were told that we'll be charged since we didn't have our coupon with us 😐
we checked with the manager about it, and he told us to go and look for the waiter who took our coupon!!
we had to leave in a gruff! and we didn't even have our "coupon's" worth!!!!

and another annoying thing i would like to add about this place is that, it is extremely loud!!!!! you can barely hear the person beside you! and it's dark as well! how can we give orders to waiters with the mask on??? by removing our mask, and yelling into the waiter's ear???

i've been to many places so far but never had such a worse experience ever!!
