hit this place with my ever hungry family, having no other options to choose from at around 2 in the afternoon. all of us, having no good impression about this place(bad reviews and bad personal experience at a different branch), we settled in one of the corners with a hint of regret when we found literally no one in the restaurant but us. not a bad choice, to be frank.
staff and service (4/5) - friendly staff. with literally no one around we were attended quite fast. but the food took quite sometime to reach us.
food (3/5)
soups and starters - we tried papad chat and kashmiri dum aloo. dum aloo cannot even be classified as a starter. the stuff and aloo were falling apart. let down. roasted bell pepper and hot sour for soups. soup was thick and spiced up! yum y@um
main course (3/5) - first round of rotis were very cold. later when we ordered just the rotis they were piping hot. curries were rich, spiced right and appealing but a bit salty.
aloo cheese parata and butter naan ❤
shahi paneer - 3.5/5
mix veg punjabi tawa - 3/5
dum biryani - 4/5
slurps - blue heaven. it's curacao flavored water. no soda and way too sweeter for slurps.
value for money (3/5) - huge portions. we ordered 2 curries and six of us happily ate.
overall - good variety of starters. looking for new places to try food and running outta options? recommended!
