four cups fusion veg dining

just tried this plan in random and not by plan, but it was quiet surprising.. they it had nothing much to do with greens or grains, thefoodwas really good !! it was a bit too costly, but d food, taste, variety, staff conduct etc was nice !!

thefoodwas delicious but the service was bad. it took them half hour for them to bring the plates after bringing the dishes to the table and by the time they served thefoodthefoodwasn't that hot. they need to work a lot on providing better and fast service.

goodfoodbut when i ordered a paneer pasanda, they delivered a paneer paratha instead. however they were quick enough to deliver the paneer pasanda to me within 20 minutes.

we had to meet a couple for elderly friends for dinner, who were pure vegetarians - and greens and grains was the apt restaurant to be at. we initally had to wait a while for the table, but eventually got one after a short wait. the place was well lit with a good ambience. the order placing system was very efficient, and they were taken on tabs - very tech savvy indeed.  we had the masala pappad, kashmiri aloo and some more for starters.  thefoodwas quickly served, and the portions were filling. we also had some clear soup, that was very tasty. the order for dinner was placed, but it took mmore than hour for thefoodto be served! we were slightly disappointed about the delay in service, but thefoodwas worth the wait. the gravies and the rotis were mouth watering, and was indeed extremely filling. the rotis were well made, and there was nothing to complain about! the biriyani here is also worth a try, and has quantity enough to be shared by two. we were extremely full for dessert, so we just had some ginger lemon mint pitcher that was a perfect end to the meal. the prices were reasonable, and the flavour  - rich. will definitely hop in here again!

located in the heart of rs puram , this restaurant offers the best staters and soup for the vegetarians in the city. it is a bit overpriced. the white sauce pasta is one to be avoided. they don't have a lot of variety in the breads section when compared to their competitors. service is quite slow but the zing of thefoodmakes you forget it. a good fine dine restaurant..

the first thing that struck me in this restaurant was the politeness of the waiters . extremely courteous . they give you enough time to go through their 'i - wanna - eat - it - all' menu and help you out with selecting your dishes . thefoodhere is worth the cost . delicious with enough on the plate . we went for a starter , main course and dessert . their way of preparation is purely the traditional north indian style . loved the achari paneer. the dessert could have been a bit better made , as in , individual layers of flavors mixed better . the service was prompt , maybe because we were the only other group of people . bright interiors . comfortable furniture . amazingfood. all combined = greens and grains .

customer has to learn hindi before reaching the hotel. none of the waiters know our local language. we need to run behind the waiter to take our order.foodis not upto the expectations. after u order u have to wait for the service person to serve or run behind him with the plate. there will be multiple orders taken and served, servers don't communicate with each other then how would they communicate with customers. if u have any concern better dont reach the receptionist he is not concerned abt ur views. he forgets that one customer bad word of mouth is enough to stop a lot of customer. i actually don't want to give star but there is no option.foodtaste is not appreciable. the same thali if i order some where else it would be much more tastier than what u might get there. management of four cups each and everyone who come to your place are not eating for free. for the price you charge provide some sought of consideration. not everyone can speak hindi please train them in tamil language or have guys who can speak tamil.foodcomeon have some standard sambar doesn't have taste at all and when asked in the reception he states that others didn't have any problem why you are. have a receptionist who can understand customer view. each one who comes in is a default advertisement person. so set some good standard. i have left my customer feedback form at the reception please do check on that.

never getting foodfrom here again .

i would not recommend folks or anyone coming here. waste of time, money. overall a poor experience.

as there is not one, but many issues.

1. communication issues: we wanted to have rice meals, hence called before reaching to confirm if it's available, and we were informed that it is available. but once reached, they said it is not available because of diwali weekend.
- could have told us over phone in advance, we wouldn't have reached here and get disappointed.

2. poor staff: staff are not trained to talk, take order or to even serve the dishes ordered. they are not proactive, are not even enough reactive. although they are courteous.
3.foodtaste and quality: we ordered many items, but most of them were not upto the mark. we ordered honey chilli potato, and when once received it was soggy, was not of great taste and when told the staff, they said that it's because if ac. i mean who says this? we ordered north indian dishes, but that was okay, good tastem chapati was undercooked.

4. supervisor unavailable: we asked for his availability but we were always told that he is busy in the kitchen.hence never showed up, despite asking so many times.

so overall, not recommended at all, nothing hurts more than paying forfoodand service that you dislike.

all thefoodwas very cold. we've had thefoodbefore, but this time it was very disappointing

expensive. very lessfoodquantity.

the place has a very good ambience and seating area. they said no zomato pro offer available thought the app says so. the lotus stem starter was good but the 🍟 with some garlic sauce was actually not seasoned properly. a friend who had tried it already said it was way better and had rich garlic flavour when she had it before. the kofta curry had koftas which had less flavour in them. the koftas tasted like dal vada. the panneer kolaveri gravy was as mentioned a spicy gravy and was fine. the breads were good.. they took 15 mins to take the order and around 20/25 mins to start serving the food. and another 15 mins to get the bill.
so thefoodwas average..it could be better. they should maintain their taste and quality. the cost was average. as how other restaurants are.. but the service could be improved... a good tastingfoodwith a good friendly service at a reasonable cost would make a restaurant keep its shines..😀

ps. if zomato offers are not there make sure to mention it to the app authorities. 🙄

a good attempt at a vegetarian fusion restaurant. although the flavour of the spices could be a little more especially in the biriyani which unfortunately was too flat. cigar rolls starters was good. the portion of thefoodserved is good. vegetarian thali is a recommended item here but i am yet to try. car parking is available underground. good idea to reserve the table, otherwise would get quite busy.

i ordered tom yum soup and mono
such a horrible taste in soup... was just like tamarind water in hot spice .. chef needs more training and knowledge in preparing such cuisine... thefoodwas bad and soup was worse
