good service, good food, heachache inducing noise!!!. we went to ford's for dinner in may 2011. our server was courteous and attentive. the meal was very good. we would definitely return if the headache-inducing sound level were addressed. our server told us it was the noisy group at the bar.
i read reviews from 2010 about this problem, saying that the management was going to address the issue. but the evening we were there, there were people waiting outside to be seated. my guess is, thisproblemof not being able to communicate with the person next to you is not hindering business - yet. but this is the obstacle to our return. i asked friends if they had been to ford's and they had, too. but they, like us, will not be returning until they can finally talk with their table mates.
ford's, i wish you only success, but i have seen two other restaurants close in that location. there are new restaurants now open/opening in the area, you may need to finally consider all your customers.
