green for meat!. meat, meat, and more meat! this brazilian style restaurant knows its meat and does it well. yes, it's a little pricey, but definitely worth every penny, especially if you're really hungry. servers come around with fresh grilled/roasted meat on spits and ask if you would like some. they have everything, bacon wrapped filet, chicken, prime rib, etc. the salad bar is also pretty extensive. if that wasn't enough, you also get side dishes like mashed potatoes and yorkshire pudding. remember to flip your green/red card!

fabulous. this has to be the best restaurant i have ever eaten at. if you want the atmosphere and quality of a 5-star restaurant at an affordable price, look no further. you will be spoiled by their professionalism, their courtesy, their delicate choices of meats and salads. i highly recommend fogo de chao and look forward myself to returning with my family.

worth the dough. it may be pricy...about $70 total for one person...but it is worth the wait and the money. the all-you-can-eat salad bar is a meal of luxury in itself (foreign cheeses, meats, and all kinds of dressings). but the real kicker is the all you can eat delicious cuts of beef, lamb, chicken that will keep making its way around your table

we were not disappointed by the quantity of meat. this place is heresy for vegetarians but there are salads and the wonderful fried bananas.

our friends arrived after a battle with the la traffic. the feast began with regular visits from waiters bearing skewers of roast meats and bbq and seasoned varieties of poultry.

fried bananas for vegetarians but definitely come to this restaurant if you are a meat lover.

amazing.... you pay for this exquisite cuisine, but it's worth every penny. starting with the valet's, everyone is welcoming, very polite, and at your service. the bartenders did a great job. i honestly don't who my specific waiter was, because anytime i looked up with that "i need help" expression, there was someone at my beck-and-call eager to help. word of advice, the salad bar looks amazing, and is amazing, but its there to fill you up! go light on the salad bar, and you better be ready when you flip your card over to green, because the brazilian cowboys come out of the woodworks with every meat imaginable. basically, its a fixed price in the evening, and a 5-star buffet. make sure before you go when your hungry enough to gnaw your own arm off, or at least hollow a leg out first. don't skip desert. do not go here if you worried about price, go when you can enjoy the meal and the atmosphere.

carnivore!. you better love meat!..vegetarians are not welcomed at this delish brazilian steakhouse! come hungry! its a pre-fix price...that also includes the spectacular salad bar!

theme restaurant with mediocre food. all the meat tastes the same. like garlic. overpriced for what you get unless you are obese.

great experience. quite a different culture once you walk in the door, the food is great and just keeps coming through out the night. don't plan on doing anything after dinner because we were there for an hour and a half, the salad bar was quite different and not what i thought it was going to be. the food is great and the service is amazing. expect to spend some money though.

the meat variation is fascinating as well as the tastes. any chance to be around d.c. this point stands for a place not to miss, have a go, try and enjoy the cuisine...

great way to end a tuesday night, from start to finish, all the wait staff were so attentive. food was amazing, great salad bar, meats were full of flavor and the desserts was the best, moltem cake is a must try. can't wait to go back and i recommend this steakhouse to everyone that enjoy a good steak. best place in the twins cities for sure.

fo-go. i have been a few times over the years and each time i go i am less impressed. the greeters are always rude. the table staff is wonderful, polite, helpful, friendly etc. the meat is all that really gets me, the side dishes and salad bar is less then what i would expect for the price per person. i would recommend it for the experience only.

fun!. i'd still rather go to a conventional steakhouse and get one big slab of steak, but fogo de chao is really fun to eat at!! it's just a great experience, trying all the different cuts of meats and sides...the salad bar is breathtaking! i recommend everybody try it...just for fun =)

horrible service/management. i went here with my fiance and her family for a lovely evening of food and drinks. the salad bar was old and stale. there was basically no service, no refills, and we could not find our or any server to help the entire time. when we talked to the manager about it (lauri) he did nothing. i would not recommend this place to anyone. go to texas de brazil. way better food and service.

meat!. meat heaven! i love this place the meat prepared to perfection and i've tasted it all. the service we received was excellent and our server made sure we always had the cuts of meat we really liked. oh yea the lemon-aid is to die for.

second time eating at this establishment. the food and service was great. wife and i enjoyed this restaurant.
