great pizza...awesome, crispy pizza crusts and real fresh ingredients and wood-fired flavours. our friendly waiter, marc suggested we can order half and half signature pizzas and we went for it. glad we visited this place to take home some good pizza taste with us to new zealand. keep thefireworksburning guys!!!

creative pies.fireworksis a wonderful place to go if you want some variety in your pizza consumption. i've tried quite a few of their pies, such as the smokey blue, fireworks, virginia luau and firecracker.

i always find myself choosing the smokey blue for the amazing combination gorgonzola, delicious bacon, and their wonderfully sweet balsamic reduction. it's the best $20 you'll ever spend on a pizza.

pizza quality declining. it seemsfireworkspizza in leesburg is suffering from too much demand and can't keep up with the quality of the food. i ordered a pizza and 2 large house salads for pick and arrived within 15 minutes of calling in my order. the pizza crust was hard on the edges and almost flavorless - tasting like it may have been pre-cooked and my toppings were the only fresh additions. my salads - which are one of my favorite items in this restaurant were very sparse with ingredients and some of the lettuces were old, wilted, and yellowed. very disappointing as this used to be one of my favorite places to eat - been going there since it first opened. no longer, i'm afraid - time to find another place that still values quality.

firey. giovanni's is the best pie in town, but i do get a hankering forfireworksbrick-oven pizza pretty often. it is always packed, but who cares? just sit at the bar. you'll want to be sampling some delicious belgian ales, anyway. everything is pretty good: the hoagie, quattro carni pizza, and margherita pizza are all respectable. but the real reason i keep coming back is the smokey blue. if you're not getting it, you're just not getting your moneys worth.

tasty and unique. we ate atfireworkson a sunday evening and the place was packed! however, it was very well organized and our wait was only 10 minutes for inside seating. they have a lot of unique pizzas to choose from. i think you have to be open minded to eat here, which our 4-year-old is not. she took one look at the pizza and started to scream. the waitress was great - she had the chef make her buttered noodles immediately and my daughter gobbled them up. it was a busy, urbanite atmosphere with a lot of young people around. it was loud and difficult to talk but we expected that. they have a great selection of beers (original sin cider is great!). we ate at a nearby restaurant on wednesday and we noticed thatfireworkshad a guitarist/singer on the patio - fantatic atmosphere for the summer!
