they charged 10% service charge which was not removed after we asked them to do so .

best food in pc. this was our second trip to firefly...have to agree with most reviews....amazing! service as great, but the food was excellent..i had the sauteed grouper, hubby had the stuffed filet...we both had salads, me the butter lettuce / butter pecan vinegarette, hubby had the wedge. the portions were large, we could have easily shared one entree although i would not have wanted to decide which one, they were both so good. we had a cocktail each, both verygood, and a glass of wine, a house pinot noir and it was verygoodalso. so what if it's in a deserted stip mall? just go in and be amazed!

try the sushi!. i'm a frequent diner at firefly and have never been disappointed! i usually venture to firefly when i am feeling especially in the mood forgoodsushi. i usually sit in the bar area and always experience quick, courteous service. the "3 crab roll, "devil's advocate", and "rude roll" are my favorites. it is always fresh-tasting, inventive, and delicious!

on monday through thursday from 5-7 they have a great buy-one-get-one-half sushi special, along with great drink specials.

if you find firefly to be a bit too pricey as far as dinner is concerned, try a sushi date in the bar area. you don't be disappointed!

this place is located in summit building gomti nagar ambience was verygoodplace is located in 15 floor one side mirror view will give very fantastic view of the city ,it has big bar and dj in fron facing.
dj was not that good.
indian cusine wasgood,chines and moktails were waste of money quantity according to price is very less average cost for 2 is around 1500 if you order 2 moktails +1veg stater+1 non veg starter. 10% services charges will be applied if you take any offer.best time to visit from 8 pm to 11 pm .

good place to hangout with friends. they have wonderful ambience with live music. service is alsogoodand fast. food can be better.

agoodplace to sit back, relax and enjoy drinks/ snacks with friends. the ambience is chilled out with apt lightings and seating arrangements.goodmusic and cricket match screening during the season is absolute fun. staff members are courteous and the service is quick. the prices are average and it is always better to visit during happy hours. weekends are generally crowded here, better to reserve seats before visiting. thankyou firefly for the awesome day 💕

had an amazing experience at this place located in rohtas summit building. the staff was polite and same goes with chef, they take interest in taking order and suggest the items as per your taste preference.

i tried several things in which recommendations are the chicken pizza which was so light and loaded with tasty flavours.
chicken and basil dimsums (recommended) served withgoodpresentation and yummy dips.
ff sangria and smokey spice mocktails with unique style of serving.

enjoyed the food withgoodmusic, songs (live performance by some band)

great place to hangout with friends specially on weekends.. ambience is lit.. probably one of the few amazing places in lucknow serving bothgoodfood and great music..

firefly is a perfect place to have some unique delicacy with amazing presentation too.

i made a reservation in person yesterday at firefly for a 50th birthday celebration for my significant other. i made it in my name and gave them her name and what i requested from their menu for dessert. all was set for a 7pm arrival. dinner and service was great and we were seated on time as scheduled. when it came time for the special birthday dessert our waitress came to us and just said "did you save room for dessert?' i asked her if she was aware of anything and she was not. it ruined my whole dinner. i spoke to tom, the manager, and told him about my reservation and then spoke to a front desk lady and asked her about my reservation to which she responded that they sometimes don't look at the notes. are you kidding me? a quality restaurant that does not take care of customer requests or look at their notes for reservations is not a quality restaurant. the food wasgoodbut they ruined the event and the manager just ducked away and really never came out to apologize. i suppose i would be embarrassed too. our $7.00 was competed as was the corkage on our special wine we brought but the experience makes me not wanting to return. too many irresponsible people up front, at least 6 young ladies standing there as i made the reservation. sure does put a great chef in jeopardy when he or she is surrounded by incompetence. very disappointed.

great restaurant. my husband and i ventured here based upon a recommendation from a trusted source. the food was wonderful, particularly the she crab soup. we made reservations, and came during the evening time when firefly offers certain entrees and discounted prices. the only complaints i could make were that the appetizer that we ordered (and was acknowledged by the server), was completely forgotten. by the time our entrees arrived, it was too late to inquire about the appetizer. also, we were seated in a very awkward area. we were facing the restrooms and the area where the servers come out/linger, so we spent our entire meal diverting eye contact with patrons leaving the restroom and the waitstaff.goodfood - i would have just preferred to sit elsewhere, as the restaurant is very pretty. and our appetizer would have been nice :-) i would definitely go here again!

this place is amazing!!!!!! best place we ate in pcb. i can't say it enough this place is amazing. you have to be willing to spend a little more because it is fine dining but it was well worth it. the best food while we were in pcb. i had the grilled grouper and my fiance had the mahi mahi with cajun rice, which was the special of the day. we also had sushi as an appetizer, which was incredible. the drinks weregoodand strong, i had the lemon drop martini. the bread and salads were verygoodas well. we will definitely be back when we are in pcb again. our waiter was attentive and even put congrats on our receipt because we were celebrating our engagement.

a great date night!. my wife and i thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere at firefly tonight. get a reservation between 5-6:30 for a steal of a deal!!! the she crab soup and crab cakes were definitely asgoodas advertised, and my wife called their roasted chicken "yummy comfort food."

gator is obviously a red neck that needs to learn proper etiquette andgoodmanners !
