huge disappointment. went here for father's day brunch after looking at the menu on therestaurantwebpage. when we arrived we found it was buffet only although the webpage didn't mention that. the food was mediocre. when we got the bill i saw 20% gratuity had been automatically added. i have never encountered a gratuity automatically added to a buffet bill, but 20 percent? the waitress was nice but no one deserves 20% for essentially pointing to where we can go to get our food. and again, nowhere was it mentioned that service would be included prior to when we saw it on the bill. the manager's attitude was dismissive. this wasn't my first time at fire & oak but it was my last.
