fiore's cafe

we had an excellent experience at fiore's. theservicewas great and every staff member was friendly and helpful. our server was passionate about the food he served to us, telling us about the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
our food came out quickly, and looked as great as it tasted. presentation was clean and classic. my boyfriend's pizza was great--the dough was delicious, sauce was sweet, toppings fresh. i ordered chicken and spinach ravioli which was very good.
we will be back to fiore's very soon!

yum-o a ten!. stopped for "linner" at about 3- had pizza, salads, and garlic knots (to die for!)servicewas awesome, food was fresh, salads were great...no complaints at all! took home half a pizza, re-heated superbly-and i would come here again any time, a true gem in ocala.
did a large pepperoni pizza, crust chewy crisp and delicious. garlic knots huge, fresh and tasty. salads, spring greens romaine and artichoke tomato, delicious house dressing. cesar salad crisp fresh romaine, croutons and plenty of dressing. also tried pizza (forget name classic i think??) with fresh tomato, garlic basil mozzarella, soooo yummy. ate it all. girlfriends lunch all had drinks, salads & pizza & garlic knots, took home half pizza, for less than $60. pizza compares to epcot's villa napoli, it was that good. drove from deland. would honestly do a date night, and drive out here again it was that good.

awesome food and very quaint. this little restaurant was driven by for years when we finally "discovered" it. great italian food.servicewas a little undesirable but the food rocked.

kelley. made reservations 3 weeks in advance for a nice valentine's day dinner. of course, had to wait. tried to seat us at a tiny table they had just set up with the chair actually halfway in the kitchen. finally gave us a decent table but it wasn't even set, silverware and glasses just laid on the table "helter-skelter". waiter must have been in training - poor etiquette - looked at me kind of crazy when i asked for a wine list. brought the wrong salad dressing and never did get what i asked for. had the worst sangria ever (but they did give us a second pitcher for free which wasn't any better than the first). their usually delicious garlic rolls were stale. the red snapper special was awful. i have been to fiore's several times before with exemplaryserviceand food, hopefully they were just overwhelmed on this busy night but it will be a long time before i try them again.

a plesant experience. in from out of town with wife on a sunday night. searched the internet for and found this wonderful restaurant. had salad and pizza. one of the best pizzas i have eaten.servicewas excellent, restaurant was nice, and the food was great. i would definitely recommend this restaurant.

fiore's experience. .... was not great at all. now i admit we ate there a few months ago, but theservicewas so poor ! and the atmosphere was cramped and loud. but what really was disappointing was the lack of concern that neither my husband nor i received the correct meal that we ordered. no visit from the manager when they did not have the wine we ordered, no response when the server came back to the table 10 minutes after we ordered appetizers to tell us that they had no calimari (an italian restaurant that was out of calamari? really?). no apology from management when the angel hair pasta on the menu was replaced with fettucine, without even asking if that was ok with me. so i'm very hesitant to try them a second time, in spite of the great reviews.

absolutely amazing!!. i have been going to cafe fiore's for a while now and i can truly say it is the best italian food you can find in ocala. theserviceis very personal, the place is so cute, and the food to die for. i have been sitting outside on the veranda and it is nothing but pleasant. everyone that goes there seem to know eachother i swear. it is truly like one big family restaurant. though their menu is superb, i have always enjoyed the daily specials. they usually offer everything from veal chops to seabass and everything in between and their is always something innovative. for instance, last time i was there i had the seabass and it had a kiwi honey lime sauce (yum) and strawberry risotto. it was so delicious and the presentation was awesome. i almost didnt want to eat it. after taking a picture of it with my cell phone (i couldnt resist), i enjoyed and they do they honestly do the best seabass ever. i would definitely recommend this place for a nice, relaxing, quaint evening out. just try it for yourself and you will be surprised. truly a gem in ocala. best of luck to you guys and keep up the good work. i love to see home grown talent make it.

great food & entertainment. my wife & i stopped at fiore's to see an old friend, frank queen who plays guitar and sings there thurs., friday & sat. he was great as always, theservicewas outstanding and the food was very good. if you like italian food and want to hear a one man band that sounds like a 5-pc group, stop in and tell frank that ev johnson sent you.

we have been there many times and always have the best service. if we want a great italian meal, we know that us exactly what we will get everytime. luis and his staff are well known for quickserviceand a great menu. you will not be disappointed!

absolutely amazing!!!. i had to sign up and give my personal review of this place. i am shocked that i am seeing negative reviews. first of all, let me begin by saying i am from brooklyn and italian. i definitely know good italian food and fiore's is by far the best you will get in town. i tried this place initially because a friend of mine (who is very picky and usually only recommends restaurants out of town) said that this place was a "must try." she was not wrong. i learned that they recently relocated to a larger location and the word has spread fast. apparently before, they only sat about 20 people and now they can seat triple this amount. they seem to be ironing out a few kinks; however, theservicewas amazing, the staff was professional and friendly, and the food was to die for! i had the chicken special and my friends had their seafood linguini with the squid ink tinted pasta and the lasagna. the sauce was incredible and authentic. the rolls were the best i have ever had and not to mention the restaurant is beautiful!!! i am no attorney and had wonderfulserviceand the price was worth every penny. you can tell this food is all fresh and prepared with care. i will definitely be going back (probably 2 or 3 times a week) and will be spreading the word. great job fiore's and thanks for bringing a little class to downtown.

best food period. my wife and i visited this mom and pop italian restaurant because we had heard that they had amazing italian food. well, i was honestly not prepared for how good this food was. i had the chicken parmigiana and my wife had the chicken and spinach ravioli (similar to carrabba's mezzaluna). the table across from us had the 18" pizza and would not stop raving about how it was the best pizza they had every eaten. we both were amazed at how good the food was. we both use to work at carrabba's about six years ago and ate there all the time because of the discount. i can tell you that the quality of food is better and theserviceis also better. the owner came to our table and talked to us several times. the place is small but is well worth a trip. please don't take my word for it. eat there for yourself and make up your own mind. but i tell you, if you like italian food i am confident you will like fiore's cafe.
