absolutely amazing!!!. i had to sign up and give my personal review of this place. i am shocked that i am seeing negative reviews. first of all, let me begin by saying i am from brooklyn and italian. i definitely know good italian food and fiore's is by far the best you will get in town. i tried this place initially because a friend of mine (who is very picky and usually only recommends restaurants out of town) said that this place was a "must try." she was not wrong. i learned that they recently relocated to a larger location and the word has spread fast. apparently before, they only sat about 20 people and now they can seat triple this amount. they seem to be ironing out a few kinks; however, the service was amazing, the staff was professional and friendly, and the food was to die for! i had the chicken special and my friends had their seafood linguini with the squid ink tinted pasta and the lasagna. the sauce was incredible and authentic. the rolls were the best i have ever had and not to mention the restaurant is beautiful!!! i am no attorney and had wonderful service and the price was worth every penny. you can tell this food is all fresh and prepared with care. i will definitely be going back (probably 2 or 3 times a week) and will be spreading the word. great job fiore's and thanks for bringing a little class to downtown.

myles. small, very causal dining.more of a pizza place than anything else.meatballs are heavy,a lot of bread in them and tasteless.pasta sauce was very very bland zero depth to it almost out of a jar.
dinner comes with pizza garlic rolls very good! we went to fiore's based on the ocala magazine article and we were very disappointed and won't be going back.
it is a shame because they do try to please but fail to deliver the sauce ( gravy) is real bad so although the pizza dough may be fine but...it's not always the dough.
signed,
very disapointed

i went to fiore's tonight with high hopes! my friend and i had heard great things, but were both extremely disappointed. once we were seated, our inept waiter, josh, took our order. an hour later, we were yet to receive our rolls! finally, the waiter came and asked if we still wanted them because "someone else took them." when we said yes, we still didn't see the waiter or the rolls for 15 more minutes! finally, we asked the hostess, and she got them for us. she was the only redeemable thing about this place! in the time we were there, which granted was a long time due to poor service, we watched two tables wait for over ten minutes to be greeted, before finally leaving. i don't even think the frazzled, confused wait staff even realized they walked out! in the end, we didn't receive an apology, and our waiter even tried to charge us for the garlic rolls that came after we were halfway finished with our meals! in contrast, we watched as "regulars" were ushered in well after us, served and catered to like it was a five star restaurant, and out the door before we even had the rolls! i guess have to be a local attorney to get decent service! the food was decent, but overpriced. i'd suggest labellas or danzano's for good food, fast and friendly service, and a great experience. fiore's will never have my business again, and i plan to spread the word to as many people as possible!!

i need to try this restaurant again. we ate lunch there on the recommendation of a friend: my sister loved it, but my calzone was "ok": too much cheese filling and a mediocre sauce (not much of it). i would like to try dinner and a pizza there before i pronounce a final judgment: i've heard that their pizzas and dinners are to die for; and what i had for lunch was pretty good but not outstanding like big apple. marq's rating: 7.0/10, but likely subject to upward revision.

best food period. my wife and i visited this mom and pop italian restaurant because we had heard that they had amazing italian food. well, i was honestly not prepared for how good this food was. i had the chicken parmigiana and my wife had the chicken and spinach ravioli (similar to carrabba's mezzaluna). the table across from us had the 18" pizza and would not stop raving about how it was the best pizza they had every eaten. we both were amazed at how good the food was. we both use to work at carrabba's about six years ago and ate there all the time because of the discount. i can tell you that the quality of food is better and the service is also better. the owner came to our table and talked to us several times. the place is small but is well worth a trip. please don't take my word for it. eat there for yourself and make up your own mind. but i tell you, if you like italian food i am confident you will like fiore's cafe.
