this is one of my favorite stops for coffee and a quick bite of sandwich. i would love to come back to this place again and again for their mississippi mud and cheese sandwich. i love the cozy setup and the staffs are very well behaved.

i love the felicitousness of the employees! i literally stumbled on this place after lunch and was greeted with a lot of positivity. if i lived in tampa, i would come here often. the cappuccino was very good and did not scorch my mouth. only suggestion would be for them to have almond milk as a creamer option. definitely check this place out!

i've been to felicitous three times in the last month, each time hoping to get just a latte. the first two time the espresso machine was being repaired and today i got, instead, a cup of drip coffee with straight milk. i just don't know what is going on here but i will not be wasting anymore time or money at this coffee shop.

makes me wish i live around here! i got the floridian latte (mocha, orange, nutmeg) and my husband got the chocolate peanut butter frappe. both were delicious! the atmosphere with all the art is so fun. there are tables on the patio outside....exactly the kind of place i could spend a whole day! the loose leaf teas all look so good. i wish i could come back every day!

the coffee, not surprisingly, is where this place really shines. i suggest the iced peanut butter latte!

amazing. this is one of my favorite places to hang out and study, and the coffee is amazing the service is a little slow but the poor guy works as fast as he can so i always tip well. if you've read the other reviews you know what the building is like and what the art is like, but my favorite part is something i just have to re-iterate they have artwork on the ceiling. i love it, looking up and seeing something happy and perky above your head instead of just a blank white ceiling is just awesome in my own quirky way. so, yes this place is a must go!

good coffee and nice breakfast sandwiches. the location is super cute but the sofa and the chairs could use some refurbishing - not the most comfortable.

one of the best places ever!. everything here is great, atmosphere, customers, the owner and staff are very hospitable and great conversationalists, the food is simple similar to grab snacks at sbucks, the drinks are freaking amazing definnitely no comparison at all. my favorite is the applebutter express and chai latte. open mic is great, lots of boards games and just a place you don't mind hanging at all day.

i love this place. i get the peanut butter coffee shake. the atmosphere is fantastic. my first time there, there was an art show featuring the art of justin seabolt. i bought two items off the wall only to realize that the guy at the counter selling me my coffee and art was the artist! awesome place. awesome art. food/coffee: a- atmosphere: a+ staff: a+

great!. located in a renovated house (looking something right out of the 50s) off of fowler, this quaint establishment is easy to overlook. i myself have passed by this place multiple times often giving it a double take trying to figure out if its a place of business or someone's home. i am glad i finally made a stop in for the coffee was excellent. i ordered a beverage that was a latte and granola mixed together. this is essentially the perfect breakfast for the lazy man on the go. i was skeptical on just how tasty it would be but it proved itself quite palatable. i was particularly fond of the subtle afterbite of the coffee. overall i would say felicitous is probably at its best as a stop and smell the roses sort of place but even in my quick stop the coffee still made it worth the venture.

the owner needs a crash course in customer service.. so my best friend brought me here to study and i fell in love with the place. the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was sunny; it felt like i was at someones house having coffee as opposed to a coffee shop. unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse.

i ordered an iced coffee for the first time, tasted it and was shocked by how bitter it was and i asked the cashier to sweeten it and i was directed to a little table with sugar on it. i added the sugar but of course because it's cold, the sugar wasn't dissolving and i just didn't enjoy it. i went back to the cashier and asked if i could switch to an iced latte and pay the difference, he told me not to worry about it and he'd bring me a new drink right away. i gave the drink to a woman behind the counter (the owner) and asked her to throw it out for me since he's making a new drink (i didn't want to throw a full drink in the garbage). she took it and i went to sit and wait for my drink.

a little bit later i was told i had to pay the difference, which i had no problem with as i'd asked about that before. when i went to the counter the owner was standing there and charging me full price for the iced latte rather than the difference. when i asked her about it, she flipped. she started going on about how it's not her responsibility to make me a new drink because i ordered the wrong drink and i didn't like it. i mentioned that i wouldn't have thrown out my drink if i knew before that she wasn't going to replace it and she basically kept saying that that was my fault. she asked why i didn't like the drink and i told her it was too bitter for my tastes and she said that i shouldn't have picked that syrup, i should've put more sugar in it, etc.

eventually (after a few minutes of going back and forth with her and dealing with her horrible attitude), she grudgingly decided that she would remake the drink i ordered (the iced coffee i told her i didn't want) with more sugar. i didn't feel like arguing further, so i said fine i'll take it. i got the drink and i walked out the door. i tasted it again, realized she barely sweetened even though i told her i wanted it sweet and as a result it ended up in the garbage.

the incredibly poor customer service ensures that i will never spend money here again. the situation could've been handled so much better. if she simply said that she was sorry for the mix-up, i would have let it go. but blaming your customer because you made a poor drink and because your cashier made an offer he couldn't back up is just unacceptable. especially for a new business.

if you want to try somewhere with great tea and amazing customer service, check out kaleisia tea lounge instead.

great local find with tons of charm!. delicious lattes, great coffee, and a menu full of unique drinks are only one side of this great place. felicitous has a young, independent vibe without alienating the non-college crowd (something that seems hard to pull off in tampa). a lot of the drinks are named after local bands/people/trends. it's a great place to study, relax, listen to music, etc.
