breakfast for under 6 bucks with coffee? how can you go wrong. the only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the "ham". it looked and tasted like a slice of baloney instead of the typical breakfast ham. either way, can't complain with thepriceyou're paying. been to similar places where thepriceis 3 times the amount because of the "atmosphere".

the best place to eat near uottawa!. i have tried local pubs and restaurants near uottawa aplenty, with import beers to lunchtime sandwiches to match. and i can say, hand on fork, that father and sons is the best of the lot. it deserves to be a foodie destination all of its own. whether you’re a jock or a nerd, i always found i fit into the crowd. the servers are nice, the food is the best part though. yet, it may be thepriceand value that keeps me coming back though.

overall, fns is fun and authentically student.

good cheap food. i was there for breakfast yesterday with my boyfriend. the atmosphere is as expected since it is on the ottawa u campus: comfy, cosy and sporty. i ordered the mediterranean wrap with homefries. the wrap had three eggs, feta cheese, tomatoes and onions. the wrap itself was good but not extremely flavourful. i asked for hot sauce but the server was not very attentive and forgot it. the home fries were deliciously crispy. for 7,49$, this is pretty good value. my boyfriend got the classic breakfast with eggs over easy, homefries, toast and bacon. he seemed to enjoy his meal and commented on the crispiness of the bacon which was to his liking. the service was really the negative point of this visit since it came off as rude and she didn't seem to be attentive at all. for thepriceand convenience, i would return though.
