delightful menu. we have eaten at fandango twice in 2012. both times, we had excellent meals that were made with creative recipes. in both cases, we ordered the tapas appetizers and the choices were entirely different on the two occasions, but everything on the plate was unique and delicious each time. our one disappointment was uneven service. during our second visit, ourserverwas distracted talking with other guests at such great length that our needs were ignored and we sat waiting until theserverhad finished chatting. we will return, but may speak with the owner (who is sometimes present) about the importance of appropriately attentive service and refraining from chatting it up at a table in a way that is disturbing to other guests.
