i have no idea why the restaurant has such a good rating!! i have no idea how the food was because it was not served even after a wait of 50 minutes!!! yes, that’s right - 50 minutes!!

and the continuous ringing of customer bells asking for where their order is!!!!! i think i have gone deaf!! 🙄

seriously guys, you need to work on your servicetimeand stop the sound of bells in the customer seating area for god’s sake!!

i have heard about emirates sea for a longtimenow but never got around to it. finally went in for an early lunch on uae national day & the place was completely packed.

the menu is quite elaborate & extensive.. there indian, arabic, chinese & continental dishes on the menu with a particular focus on sea food although you have other proteins as well.

prices are pretty reasonable & the food was excellent. i quite enjoyed our first experience and am surprised it took me so long eat here. it's definitely a place where you can go with family & entertain as most people would find something enticing on the menu.

this is my firsttimevisit to rak. while looking for indian restaurants around the resort i was staying, i found emirates sea with good reviews. hence tried it out.

i ordered mix seafood platter, kadai chicken and roti.
i must say it was all delicious.

very warm welcome by all. amazing space for parking. papads were extraordinary and the mint sauce is something that will talk a lot about the food even before you delve into more.

dal soup was quite unique from all the soups that i ever had before. this was dal well grounded with the right mix of spices.

dynamite prawns is something that i dun have any words. those pf chang lovers.. you will curse yourself for eating that all these while. this one was made with love by chefs. what a sauce and what a simple presentation and what a lovely size of portion. the sizes of each prawn would put pf chang to shame. and the price is 52 aed and worth the price.

fish chilly .. another masterpiece with soft flesh, marinated perfectly well. tasted well and as it is commonly found anywhere else. found it a bit oily though.

grilled prawns with red masala was excelllllllent... yummy to the core.

finally to have a saffron phirni as a finale is awesome. dun miss this in your life.

every single food was made with passion, love and art. no doubt on this. if u look at the faces of people serving you, you can make out the energy in this place is very positive and hence u will never go from this place unhappy.

my secondtimehere. food is awesome. we sat in cabin 22. the service was not at all satisfactory. the guys were behaving as though they didn't want us in the restaurant. when we asked for little extra green chutney, he blatantly refused and mind u this was supposed to be the complimentary with papads. jeera rice was awesome. the chilly fish was another extraordinary dish. the kolhapuri vegetable and kerala paratha was just ok. attitudes of order taker and server needs to be more humble and service oriented. be more personal and friendly and do not treat customers with a frown face.

emirates sea is a sea food resturant which also serves other cusines and continenal cusine. the resturant is at a very good location with a perfect sitting area, whcih give enough space and privvacy to all. they have seperate rooms for all to sit and dine ( perfect for a family eat out!😍)

what i ordered from the menu was:

lastly i ordered the hakka noodles / the hakka noodles were served in a very geneours amount honestly, could easily be enough for 2-3 people. but, the drawback was that the flavors were a bit bland. everything just boiled and mixed togther in few spices. would have preffered it to be a lil more toasted in flavours and cooked. was not that good according to my liking.

for dessert we ordered ras malai / which wasn’t up to the mark honestly. the saffron was soo overpoweing the dish and also the ras malai was a tad bit hard unlink how its supposed to be.

overall had a greattimedining there. the ambiance and food service was really good. social distacing and privacy gets full mark. would want to visit again and try out their other cusines. 🙌🤍

love the location of this place. it's a two minute walk from my office. to add to this the food is great and it won't burn a hole in ur pocket. usually have the chicken tikka masala, our special chicken, chicken hydrabadi, chicken tikka, kadhai paneer & daal tadka here. the decor of the place is good, the service is excellent. the only place i feel that they could improve is the quality of their naans. have been told that chinese here is pretty good, which is what i'll try the nexttimei go there.

visited here for dinner two days ago for the firsttimeever. not sure what to expect, we ordered simple classic items but it was tasty. what really impressed me was the chilly chicken which was finished in seconds by my family. the service from start to finish was first class and welcoming, especially by our server manjunath who was very courteous and professional. we went back again the next day and tried their butter chicken and fish masala after reading a few reviews, both items were tasty but the fish really did it for me. heaven each bite, we really relished our secondtimeat the restaurant and the service was still great even at almost closing time.

i had very bad experience with the restaurant . i went for dinner with my family and my infant daughter who the broke crockery and i was charged for it . i do accept i had to pay for it and i have no problem paying for it . when i made the payment the receipt had a note *gi on the crockery item which detailed as per the guest instruction .

it was never my instruction that i would be paying for the same . why do u guys write something saying it’s as per my instruction when i was never asked for it .
i did complain the guy sitting on the reception but his reply was the bill comes like this . ??!!! is he even aware what is gi ?!!!

the waiter who served us food was very good , but again and again few other staff kept coming and staring at us while we were eating , as though we broke all stuffs loose . will u guys pay me for thetimei had to wait for ur late service ?! will u pay me for all the worst and very very unprofessional service that u gave .
i am very very unhappy and i still have the receipt with me and possibly i’ll further go and complain the government office wherever it is required to do so .

having recommended by a friend, we tried this famous seafood restaurant when we visited rak. we were greeted by unwelcoming staff who told us that waitingtimeis 45mins. we opted to wait as we drove all the way already and our minds were set to try the seafoods. we asserted ourselves to ask the crew if we can place our order in advance while waiting for our seat. it truly tested our patience as the service was not as what we expected.

we ordered the seafood platter deluxe and it was indeed good. it’s worth the long wait. we also ordered noodles & vegetable rice on the side, perfect match for the seafood platter.

note, the tables are enclosed with a sliding door so there’s a total privacy. you’ll not get to see the other people dining in the restaurant. also, they don’t have table for big groups. the tables are either good for two or good for four, so if you are a big group you will need to split table.

i very rarely share dining reviews but thistimei have to. the fish massala i have ordered last saturday as a take away, post lunch extra was the best massala i have ever eaten. well done chef!!

prawns were a bit unevenly grilled with a bit dry meat through out and not enough cooked upper part but this was a nuisance when taken in account it was a very busytimeand the restaurant was packed and had customers waiting to be seated (including us). will be back if ever coming this way again!

it is literally one of the best resturant in rak for food as well as delivery services. we have dined in couple of times. ambiance is excellent the only thing in if you are going to pop up without reservation you probably have to wait up to 45 minutes for dinner. we are ordering for delivery atleast once a week. their curries are to die for specially minced meat and green peas, chicken or mutton karahi. their special tikka with rice is must to have. their delivery system is also nice they will take your address firsttimeand give you a code. so everytimewhen u call them just give that code and they will know ur location no need to explain all turns again. price is normal and taste is good.

we went on eid holiday and the hotel was crowded as expected at 8:00 pm. we had to wait for only about 5 minutes to get our table. the hotel has semi private compartments, which is very nice. the service was polite and relatively fast despite the eid rush. there is a buzzer switch in each compartment that allows for calling the waiter, which worked good. most of us were not sea food patrons, so we ordered chicken lolly pop for starter, chicken special dish (boneless chicken in yellowish gravy). for sea food we went for grilled hamour. this was accompanied with plain and butter rotis. they offer chapatis too. later we had jeera rice and dal fry.

all the food was nicely prepared and the presentation was very good. however the food was prepared less spicy despite we informing in advance to make it spicier. however this was not a big issue. it was the firsttimei tried hamour and it tasted good, somewhat like chicken.

the restaurant was very noisy, partly due to the eid festivities. however the good food and good service made our evening. the restaurant seems to be a good option not only for sea food but also other non-veg and veg dishes. the ambience of the restaurant is just fine.

the restaurant is located near toyota showroom of rak and parking can be full on weekends or public holidays.

excellent food and ambience as always. tried the dubai branch and is good. this branch also has same taste. our alltimefavorite here is hammous with butter roti. chicken fried rice and chicken chili, lassi.

above all very reasonably priced as well.
