emirates sea restaurant

i was a regular customer. but one night last week we went as a family with 7 members. at first they said there was no place and we decided to wait in thewaitingarea. suddenly a staff member came and told me not to wait here and to stay outside. prior to this, we were placed in thewaitingarea during good rush hour and orders were taken but today we do not understand why the staff said so. there were old people and ladies with us. time is about 10pm
i do not understand why he said to wait outside when there was enough space in thewaitingarea. decided never to come here again.taste is not the only secret of success but the decent service of the staff is also important. some tips to improve your customer service 👉

the food is a good representation of the classic indian food and spices, the price range is quite affordable. the restaurant offers a good ambiance with complete privacy. the food is fresh and well cooked. thewaitingtime can be long but the food offers a wide range of variety.

our go to place and one of the finest restaurant in ajman. friendly staff, great ambiance, finger licking tasty food, ample car parking space, two big aquarium with lively decors and their pros goes on. the only con i would list down is thewaitingtime, oops anytime you go there you will have a queue andwaitingtime is 1 hour & they don’t prebook your table.
