emirates sea restaurant

prawns in creamy fish plater was rotten and smells bad, prawns in grills , curries was frozen. we ordered for mussels but they gave us prawns. we told them to change it but they refused and asked me to taste it. and experience was horrible, we didn’t have it, and reported to restaurant manager. funny part is, he apologized and they billed to us.. i don’t recommend this restaurant especially for seafoods…

i was a regular customer. but one night last week we went as a family with 7 members. at first they said there was no place and we decided to wait in the waiting area. suddenly a staff member came and told me not to wait here and to stay outside. prior to this, we were placed in the waiting area during good rush hour and orders were taken but today we do not understand why the staff said so. there were old people and ladies with us. time is about 10pm
i do not understand why he said to wait outside when there was enough space in the waiting area. decided never to come here again.taste is not the only secret of success but the decent service of the staff is also important. some tips to improve your customer service 👉

6. measure and analyse customer feedback

fresh and tasty sea food. with private family partitions. veg and non-veg options are equally excellent. kids friendly and family friendly, worth the waiting time on busy days. recommend @emiratessea

had an amazing experience of dining in umm al quwain’s branch of emirates sea restaurant. loved their assorted salad platter and chicken tikka biryani was damn good. food was freshly served. kudos to the team to maintain the taste and quality 👍🏻

nice place with authentic indian food . we ordered chicken platter with tandoori roti along with biryani. everything was really good with proper taste !! in the end we were treated with mint tea 🍵.
overall a nice experience 👌🏻

emirates sea has been a part of so many of my family dinners! the servers have now become like family to us.❤️
love the fresh fish and kebabs from here! the chicken lollypop, corn soup, chicken steak and mutton handi are my other favorites.

i really loved the food . the quantity is reallyy good for the price as well as the taste. we had ordered prawn masala with butter naan and chicken biriyani. as starters we had ordered the emirates mix seafood soup. the soup was soo fulfilling and tasty.

we went on a weekend to this restaurant and we had to wait for 15 minutes before we got a table. my excitement to taste the food was building up looking at the crowd. 😝
so, for starters we had ordered the chicken manchow soup and vegetable spring rolls. after taking a bite from each, i realised that i ordered the wrong cuisine at the wrong place. the soup was so sour and the spring rolls had a weird smell to it. so disappointed.
for mains, we had ordered fish tikka and garlic naan. the tikka was good. i wouldn't say that it was the best i've ever had and the naan was just ok(became rubbery in 2 mins). i've had way better naans.
i expected some amazing food seeing the crowd there. i guess i just ordered all the wrong dishes?
also, i totally loved how the entire restaurant was set up with private cabins. so much privacy and just perfect for families :)

the food is a good representation of the classic indian food and spices, the price range is quite affordable. the restaurant offers a good ambiance with complete privacy. the food is fresh and well cooked. the waiting time can be long but the food offers a wide range of variety.

great family place for good grilled and indian food.

my family's favourite spot. you all should give this a try too. many locals eat here and it takes 20 mins just to get a seat. but its worth the wait. and no they dont do reservations.

our go to place and one of the finest restaurant in ajman. friendly staff, great ambiance, finger licking tasty food, ample car parking space, two big aquarium with lively decors and their pros goes on. the only con i would list down is the waiting time, oops anytime you go there you will have a queue and waiting time is 1 hour & they don’t prebook your table.

ordered paratta and naan at the closing time and was fresh.
prawns masala was awesome and unstoppable.
service was very good by the staff.
i hope to go again to try something more.

the best seafood restaurant in ajman region . the taste seems to be the best , service is excellent, reasonable price.  starters were awesome ! loved their presentations.  main course was delicious! desserts- presentation was way better than how it actually tasted.
