eleven 11 restro cafe

i have no idea where to start from. me and my friends went for dinner on holi. the cafe was fully packed. we got table for ourselves and as soon as we decided to order, they told us the person who makes mocktail is not available today! we were still okay with that and decided to order food anyways. we had ordered lasagna and the garlic bread which they served with it was very bad. they literally just applied garlic butter and gave it to us saying it's garlic bread and surprisingly when we asked the manager about it, he did eyeroll and made us feel as if he's doing us a favour. we had specifically asked us to make our food proper as we didn't even have anything to drink with it. then we asked for regular water. the table just next to is was having regular water, so asked for it, to which they replied that regular water is not available. i mean literally the next table had regular water and they were making 'n' number of reasons. when we told them that the next table has regular water ,they said yes but now the refrigerator isn't working. we ordered coolberg then because apparently only 3 flavours of coolberg were available and surprisingly that was served chilled. their refrigerator wasn't working but their coolberg is served chilled!
coming to food, lasagna had stale cheese and sheets, the noodles in chinese sizzler were very oily and even after giving specific instructions that the fries should be very crispy, they served us soggy fries and did they accept their mistake? hell no!

think before youvisitthis place. there are much better places in ahmedabad which offer much better food.

the decor is quite nice. great place to go and sit. however, for a restaurant with such a high rating the food is shockingly below par,
all the dishes ordered were western dishes and not a single was decent. we would have complained had it not taken them 25 minutes to take our order. by then we were too hungry to bother to go to another place.
fries were okay. pasta was not well seasoned and onions were practically raw. chicken parmigiana might as well have been cardboard with cheese. it was that tough.
if you’re looking to eat any non-indian cuisine then i suggest to notvisitthis place.

great ambience, but worst services. i ordered 4 things and all of it contained plastic in it. i didn’t pay the bill. if ever youvisitthis place pls make sure you check your food and beverages before you eat or sip it

the best part was that they zomato gold on the beverages section which made our dining more authentic!!

bodakdev .....i love alfredo 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍... it is the another level dish... i visi 3 time at eleven restro cafe with my friends ...this place is gooooddd mustvisitwith the friends .

we ordered lasagna, paneer sizzler and creamy alfredo. lasagna was very tasty worth the money. paneer was very soft but the rice was not that good and creamy alfredo had creamy sauce and no cheesy flavour.

would definitely recommend tovisitand try lasagna.

service was very good. waiting time was very less.

in a city where most cafés are pure vegetarian, eleven 11 is definitely a nice place to visit. they have good food, nice ambience and very insta-worthy decor. we ordered half and half pizza in which the quatro formaggi half was delicious but the mac cheese pizza is not something i would order again. i don't think it was bad just mac and cheese on pizza made no sense to me when eating, the idea seemed good 🤷‍♀️. apart from that we ordered a berry smoothie and a coffee shake (don't remember the exact name) but both were delicious. and finally the highlight - chicken lasagna. chicken lasagna was very tasty. i prefer minced chicken in my lasagna but since it was good that's forgivable.

now coming to things i didn't like. the staff. the staff was not exactly warm. and since my friend and i had totally over ordered, we were slow in eating as well. and the waiters kept looking at us and circling by our table restlessly indicating we were taking way to long. that kind of killed the mood.

so as good as the food was i wouldn'tvisitagain. though you should try once maybe your experience is different. let me know if it is.

we were 5 friends went together for dinner with good mood but rude behaviour of staff and food ruined our evening.
1) chinese sizzler includes manchurian, noodles, paneer chilly , fried rice , fries etc . but this sizzler has only noodles and 4 pieces of uncooked manchurian. sizzler has to be hot as fire instead this was too cold. sizzler plate was full of vegetables only. not worth to pay 490 rs for this dish.
2) butter naan was not cooked properly. it was just raw wet atta.

please now on words nevervisitthese place if you are looking for good food.
for ambiance you mayvisitbut food and services will definitely disappoint you.

this has been the worst experience i have had so far in ahmedabad in myvisitto india. we were 8 people, we ordered the food and specifically told the waiter to bring the beverages after the soup but they brought it before serving soup. that was not it , all of the mojitos were without ice and they weren't even made with cold water. and when we told the manager about this , waiter and manager counter argued with us that they didn't hear about bringing it after the soup. this was not all we ordered monchow and tomato soup when we asked for crutons and without even hesitation they replied you don't get crutons/breadsticks with monchow. this was the same guy who took our order. he should've known we have ordered tomato soup and we are asking breadsticks for that. they replied rudely about that, too. as this was not enough, they served us burnt garlic naans. like if something is burnt it shouldn't even leave the kitchen and when we complained about it they said if you wanna replace it , we can do it. like wtf is wrong with you, you can see it is burnt. you should just take it back without even a question. food was pathetic except the main course and for the service i don't have any words after it. sindhu bhavan is famous for highly priced restaurants with fusion food and classy hospitality. eleven11 has been the worst experience of my life. (p. s. when the bill came they haven't given any discounts or complimentary things to make it up for the night, that says the restaurant doesn't care about customers , you just want the money that's it). i would like to take your staff for dinner at poetry or mango or mirch masala or mad tomatoes so they can learn how to be hospitable with the customer and how to serve them because i'm from canada and i'm in the restaurant business. this is not how you run it.

sorry to add toilet photo with these photos of food, but this is what it is. yes, this is a how ladies toilet looked like on this valentine's day. yes you heard it right, but nobody from the staff bothered to see how and what is there! seriously man! the pathetic staff not only because of this part of their restaurant, but they were also so pathetic in matter of serving food and customer service was the worst, neither manager nor any of their waiter was humble and subtle. they only put the dish on your table and never show you there face! even when we call them to serve us in our plate as lasagna and sizzler was too hot so we asked them and they said it's self service! man! are you people ridiculous!!!!!! i'm still giving them 2 stars as lasagna was good in taste but the service, staff, the chinese sizzler and obviously the picture we saw of ladies toilet can't be explained in words!!!! pathetic and ridiculous.

now let's talk about the food.
1) chicken lasagna : was delicious and the only thing we liked about the cafe.
2) veg chinese sizzler : pathetic as their behavior and staff. sizzler always meant all type of food of particular variety right! chinese sizzler includes manchurian, noodles, paneer chilly, fried rice, mashroom, and different items of chinese but this chinese sizzler of them only had noodle and manchurian in it and some veges!!!! are you mad to pay 490/- only for noodle and manchurian mixed with veges!!! we did coz we did not know! but now onwards, please any of you should not evenvisitthem i'm warning you they are the worst in the town as we have never experienced this kind of service, staff and food ever before neither would ever want too man!

there is lot of difference in taste and presentation at both branches.

quality, taste and presentation was not that good when compared with there navrangpura branch.  overall it was not that good exp. here. if you want tovisiteleven 11 then you mustvisitthe navrangpura branch.

this is good restaurant with range of options. the ambience of the restaurant is very good. the arrangement of tables good.

now talking about food i have been to this restaurant two times, tried punjabi, pizza, burgers and chinese food, all of these were delicious the portion size quite good.

service is quite satisfactory, certainty can recommend this place. certainlyvisitagain

absolutely wonderful experience, not only in terms of ambience but also the scrumptious food. a mustvisitfor non veg enthusiasts.

definitely a must tovisitplace in town. we ordered fish which was just amazing.

a little disappointing thing is they dont have many dishes for the people like me who loves mutton.
