eleven 11 restro cafe

we did order couple of mock tails and food like platter and ghotala (egg dish) , munchow soup. the biggest turn off was bruschetta, in the name of bruschetta they served us garlic bread. upon asking to the restaurant staff they told bruschetta is like this only this our kind of bruschetta but it was cheesy garlic bread. apart from that ghotala was not up to the mark. veg platter and soup was good.

very unhygienic food and kitchen. i order pasta cheese balls and when they came with the order i found a small cockroach in it. and when we told them they just change the plate of the starter and gave the same balls again.

the staff was rude and did not acknowledge basic request like change of plate. when soup was placed it was dripping on the plate as well as soup bowl.

worst place to have dinner... staff doesn't care about anything.. they don't even serve... don't react when u ask about your order... mibehave when you ask about parking... all they say is... it's your fault ... u orders late... it's your problem that parking is not available.... for them customer is wrong always... and staff is not responsible for any inconveniences... because of their behaviour no one could enjoy ... we were happy n we left with anger n disappointment...😑😔

being on the main road, place is easy to locate.
what we ate was: all of the dishes were jain.
1. half and half pizza: this dish was the most satisfying dish of our meal.
half side of the pizza was pasta pizza and other half was mexican.. pasta side was great, however mexican could have been more better because of the lack of tangy and spicy taste.
2. veg. chinese sizzler:
i had a lot of expectation with this dish but it was not upto the mark. though veggies are healthy but this sizzler contained way too much veggies and for chinese part there was only manchurian and noodles. out of which manchurian was not at all spicy which it should have been. noodles were good.
3. cheese pasta balls:
this dish was better only becoz of cheese... but there were no pasta inside them. this dish could have been alot better.

we 10 people went for a reception party at this place. the staff did the severe goof ups, they forgot to write the wok rice and fish starter. when we reminded them, the concerned person said he forgot to write in the order and since the kitchen closes early, he can't serve the food. the restuarant did not have basic items, that is coffee. they said they have coffee for cold coffee but can't make americano or any hot coffees. for nonveg chinese starter at last moment they didn't have noodles and it was replaced with rice. the worst part the behaviour of the staff, they didn't chose to resolve the problem. they gave one brownie with icecream as complimentary among 10 people as a solution. it's like even one person can't have one spoon from it, felt really insulting. on and on, we had zomato pro, but they insisted to pay through upi and not credit card. they said the credit card machine isn't working and it was not intimidated before.

it was the reception party, and it was horribly ruined and the staff was utmost rude. the food's quality was okayish, not upto the mark and the service was slow. there went spoons in the spoon holder and no temperature checking or nothing.

most poor packaging i've come across the past few months. couldn't expect such quality packaging by a good expensive restaurant like eleven eleven.

the cheddar broccoli soup was heavenly. the mixed pasta on the other hand was sweet and bad. the accompanying bread was not roasted at all and had no garlic taste.

sizzler was too yum . and the staff and ambience were soo good . i just fell in love with the bbq panner pizza🍕😍❤️

the food was absolutely delicious! chicken parmigiana is a must try. the crunchy and cheesy taste of it is worth drooling over. spaghetti bolognese had the perfect balance of creamy sauce and spiciness.

i ordered margarita pizza ,pesto pasta, pasta cheese ball and chicken cheese seekh kebab.
all food very testy and rich. specially pesto pasta very creamy cheesy.. i like all food.
good hygiene.

we have order 1 platter which contains pasta balls, nachos and achari paneer. which tastes good. next we have ordered lazagna, pizza which both have same indian taste tomato puree. we were shocked to have indian taste in italian dish. both dishes have exact same tomato puree which contains cloves(laung), cinnamon(taj stick). italian food contains indian species. slow claps 👏

overhyped place. nowadays hotel & cafe business people focus more on ambience rather than great quality and quantity food. great ambience of a venue would bring customer one time, but if you focus on quantity and quality customer would come number of times. not satisfied at all with sizzler and lasagna. customer come in a hotel, restaurant, or a cafe for a great food not for your ambience.
