worst experience ever. the food was great the service sucked ordered a salad with blue cheese and the brought me marinara sauce. i ordered a shot of jameson and she brought me a shot of jager and when i ordered those items she even repeated them to me she had 2 other tables so she wasnt busy. she never checked on the table. she brought ourpizzaout 15 minuted after the other couple we were withs pasta. pretty rediculiuse we had to find her just to get the check i had to go ask pablo in the kitchen where she was.

we were looking for somepizzafollowing a visit to the movie and if i'm being honest this was our first choice, that being said it was delicious. the three of us shared a xlpizzaand had some left for later. we'll definitely be back. happy new year!

customer beware.... don't wast your time or money... i have tried it 3 times and hope i'm not in the situation i have to ever dine there again. first time (fetticcini) food was drowned in sauce.. more sauce than actual food, second time (stromboli) again short on meat but my husband ordered apizzaand had several toppings (which he ordered at the waiters suggestion) cost over $18, yes for 1 med pizza..., third time (last night 4/11/15- napolis salad); how can you screw up a salad???? by putting 1/2 slice of tomato, 1 pepper, 2 slivers of olive, and about 1 tbs of very finely chopped ham. another lady in the party ordered the same and hers had at least 1/4 cup of olives and about the same amount of ham but we couldn't find any pepperoni, not to mention the 1/4 of dressing we got for a head of lettuce... another person in the party ordered the same and her salad had a lot of ingredients ... hummmmm so dine with caution!!!!!!

first of all the customer service is by far the best i've over had. everyone treats you like an old friend they've known for years. the food is excellent and thepizzais authentic. after trying napoli's i have never gone back to the faceless genericpizzachains. napoli's is five star food and service all around :)

thank god.... since moving to texas a short while ago, we have been fearful about the bad reputation that texaspizzaand italian food have. we know real east coast true italian food... we found a few of the surprisingly well reviewed italian places in garland clearly using frozen/mass-produced products. we've been trying to find apizzaplace that captures the essence of what we expect from pizza. snobby? maybe, but we know what we like...so far this place has the bestpizzawe have found in garland. great sauce, good crust, cheesy (maybe a bit of parm or other cheese mixed in would make it excellent)... but... forget the otherpizzajoints and check this one out.

i really like this place! spicy spaghetti and meatballs is amazing. the fettucini alfredo is awesome too. thepizzais good. the marinera sauce and garlic bread are addictive! 2 thumbs up!!

excellent food, great service, and they deliver!. i found this gem right around the corner from my new house, and in the last week and half i've had their food three times. that's right, i'm trying to give myself a heart attack. so far i've sampled the meatball sub (yowza!), vicky's special (chicken, cheese, and spinach over penne pasta - yummmm!), the chicken sorrentino (holy crap!), meat ravioli (superb, and about 9000 degrees when it got to the table), and the "spectacular"pizza(well, spectacular... and delivered). so they've got all that going for them, but i haven't even mentioned the bread and marinara sauce that they bring to the table when you sit down. i wish they wouldn't do that, because it's so damn good that you're just forced to eat it. did i mention that this place is cheap too? i'm all in...

lobster raviolis!. i don't get over to this part of town very often, but when i do , i always try to stop at napoli's. and i always get the same thing - the lobster ravioli's with mushrooms and a madeira wine sauce, and a side of garlic rolls. oh my gosh!!! velvety smooth and just dripping with flavor. my buddy always gets the pizza, and he swears by it. typicalpizzaparlor atmosphere with service that is always exceptional, by guys that talk with italian accents who are always smiling and coming to your table to make sure you're happy. what a great place!
