we thought we ordered a lot of food for my family of 6 but then again... no we were able to finish it all! for starters we ordered watermelon rocket salad and shrimp spring rolls. then we got roast chicken, 2 pastas - carbonara, squid and aligue pasta, beef soft tacos, and beef kebabs (wasnt able to capture in pic). food alone was not just picture perfect but perfect in taste especially the tacos, kebab and salad. would've given a 5 but the squidpastawas a bit too salty. all the ingredients are fresh which you could see and taste. even the kids loved it (and ate most of it!). tablea ice cream for dessert is highly recommended ?

earth kitchen is always a great place to eat. some changes to the menu from the time they opened. the five garlicpastaand the fried chicken are awesome but better if eaten at the restaurant. they do run out of certain favourites when they’re full up so lunch time is better, in general. it also seems to be a spot for groups and families but lull periods it’s a great place to just chill. ample parking space. their shop sells some pretty nifty things as well as organic products. slightly pricey but worth it!

my friends and i had dinner here after a very tiring hike. highlights of the meal for me include:

🍴 mushroom soup-- one of the best i've tasted so far! very rich and creamy, very pronounced mushroom taste. as we split the orders, i can't really comment on the serving size. but this dish is a great way to start your meal.

🍴beef kebab-- this was a surprise! everybody liked this dish, some pronouncing that it was their favorite of the night. the sauce was the star! that absolutely delicious spicy mayo sauce went with every dish, no exaggeration! beef was tender, rice was flavorful, serving size good for one hungry individual...

🍴 mushroom ravioli-- i liked this dish. freshly madepastastuffed with a mushroom paste and topped with a creamy (and dreamy) sauce! be careful to those with allergies, since it has nuts...

🍴beef bulgogi soft tacos-- another favorite of the night... it has depth in flavor which blends well and creates a party in your mouth! spicy, nutty, earthy, meaty- all in one mouthful. even better with the spicy mayo sauce...

🍴pan-seared pork chops-- i believe the mashed pumpkin was the best part! don't get me wrong, the pork was really flavorful and moist and the sauce was great... but you don't get to try that pumpkin dish everyday... 😄

this restaurant is really worth a try!😊

visited for a special lunch. we saw it online included on a list to find a good place with good food. and also to try something new around the qc/pasig area.

-we ordered the following:

●spaghetti pomodoro
very distinct taste. it may look simple on its plating, but it will definitely make your toungue and brain think. the organic tomato sauce is great and isn't overpowering thepastaall together. also it is meant for 1 person serving, but can be slightly shared by 2.

●braised bacon
an excellent example of braising beef meat (correct me if i'm wrong, but it definitely tasted beef). the meat and fat is tender and juicy all throughout. and yes, it can be cut and slice by a spoon with ease. the portion has layers of thin fat enough to compliment the meat. the baby potatoes and sliced red cabbages are drenched in sauce. in a way, those vegetables can be served separately without the bacon (gulay pa lang ulam na~).

-the place is very homey and welcoming with a large dining room feel. aside from the restaurant, there's also a gallery/exhibit room.

-common toilets are well maintained (even if you want to poop, di mahihiya ang pwet mo na mag.stay). one thing i noticed, the facial mirror is mounted quite high. for smaller people, you may not see your shoulders anymore....or worse, you may not even use it.

highly recommended. their menu is quite pricey and not that expansive considering it covers italian and asian cuisine, but it'll definitely live up to your stomach's expectation.

a visit at earth kitchen rarely disappoints. you know you're in for a filling, satisying meal sans the massive guilt (it burns a hole in the wallet, though). must-haves are their freshly made pastas (the crab and unipastais a delight for palates seeking clean yet distinct flavors).

tl;dr - plenty of parking space, spacious interiors, good food, and good service made for a nice experience.

the mushroom soup was good and fresh, and was plenty enough to be split into two. we ordered thepastanegra with aligue before and did so again this time. it was good, but for some reason, it tasted better before than it did now. it lacked something, to be sure. ask for a lemon (or dayap) wedge and squeeze the juice onto it to add an additional dimension to the taste. scallop toppings were plentiful but the aligue was not.

the dish can serve one hungry person or two not-so-hungry people. price is a bit steep. service was fast and efficient.

i was going to cover an event for the people of marawi at earth kitchen, but i felt that i needed to try out the good stuff on their menu before it started.

while waiting for the food that i ordered, i made a quick tour of the room to check out the other products that they have to offer. true to their name, they focused on featuring artisinal and organic goods that were crafted in various parts of the country. these included handcrafted soaps, fruit purees and flavored chocolate bars.

also visible on their walls are colorful artwork that would easily catch your attention. i was then informed that these are creations of marginalized children, who try to earn via this craft. the proceeds of the sales are being handled by the crib foundation via their new beginnings program.

as soon as i finished, dishes was quick and already waiting for me at the table. ragu ala bolognese came first and their take on the famouspastadish was just as good as how it looked. the ground beef blended well with light tomato sauce and herbs, on al dente pasta. served alongside this was wet mushroom soft tacos. its unique twist of hoisin sauce made the pickled mushrooms’ taste stand out.

freshly made shrimp spring rolls followed. the wonderful presentation, along with the generous serving of shrimps on every roll, makes it a nice choice for vegetable lovers. its sauce, however, could use some work as it was too sour.

for our main dish, me and a friend shared their rendition of beef kebab with organic ifugao rice pilaf. it’s hard not to fall in love with it as the tender meat is also rich in flavor. at php 420 it’s a bit steep though. an extra stick please?

after all that we had, we still turned to even more food, this time some cake with warm beverage. since one flavor could never be enough, i tried both of their homemade cakes, along with a cup of malunggay latte. both cakes were notable given the distinct taste of ube and tablea, respectively. the malunggay latte was fine, better though with low fat milk instead of full cream.

overall, i could say that earth kitchen is one of the better places to dine in the katipunan area. if you’re into organic and artisinal products, and looking for a variety of cuisines in one roof, this could be the place for you.

we wanted to try something new and saw earth kitchen in zomato with 4.5 stars. we decided to give them a try to see why people gave them good reviews.

risotto balls was unavailable, so we ordered watermelon and rocket salad instead. it was something different, the combination of different flavors fit well with each other.

our main courses were the squid ink pasta, fish and roasted sesame soft tacos and beef kebab.

the beef kebab was their recommendation and it was great. the beef was tender and had the right amount of flavor. thepastawas something unique and different.

i am not a fan of fish or soft tacos, but after hearing how good it was, i gave it a try. their soft tacos is so good!

i would definitely come back to try their other dishes, and order more beef kebab 😋

very pleasant surprise, wish we had discovered this earlier. i would gladly come back to try all the other dishes.

pomelo salad- fresh ingredients, light and refreshing. servings good for 2 to 3 people.  the salad was sweet, tangy, crisp, soft, citrus-sy all at the same time.

beef kebab- perfectly cooked beef, tender and still moist, nicely seasoned and accompanied with red rice (instead of the tortilla). homemade tzatziki very tasty. satisfying.

pumpkin and goat cheese paccheri- a creamy but lightpastadish. the pumpkin and the goat cheese went well together, making thepastavery tasty, a bit sweet and salty but not too heavy.

fish and roasted sesame taco- good sized serving of mahi mahi fillets for three people, fried correctly and with a delicate asian sauce that was neither too sweet nor too salty.

vanilla peanut butter crunch--was just alright (bit sweet for my taste), enjoyed the turon more.

dalandan juice pitcher came lightly sweetened, unlike in many restaurants all over metro manila where they seem to spoon on extra heaps of sugar.

had the beef kebab, shrimp arugula pasta, and risotto uni negra

overall, food was great. everything felt delicate but flavorful--but never one flavor too overwhelming. the spicy rice pilaf that came with the beef kebab was was amazing. although the serving was (i think) only half a cup. i wanted more. the shrimp and arugulapastawas okay. the risotto uni negra had a sweet sauce on top of it which went well with the mushy squid ink risotto. imagine a reduced shrimp-flavored champorado.

place is great. felt very home-y, warm, and cozy. servers were also attentive and courteous. they gave us a heads up that the risotto might take some time but it didn't take so long.

in a nutshell, it was a swell dining experience. price was right for the food. if there's anything to improve, i think bigger servings would be nice

okay! i have been eyeing to try earth kitchen for a long time now, and i was so happy when kp decided to eat here :)

earth kitchen is located at lot 10 b-10 katipunan avenue, white plains, quezon city

they also have a branch in bonifacio high street central, 7th avenue, bonifacio global city, taguig city

the interiors are so cute! from the wooden chairs, paintings on the wall by local artists, plants hanging around and surrounding the restaurant. the place will instantly make you feel healthier and fresh.

paintings by local artists from got heart foundation
as we go through their menu, i noticed that earth kitchen isn't just about advocating organic and healthy food, it is more about helping the got heart foundation which supports farmers from different provinces to promote locally produced goods.

locally produced goods from got heart foundation
so, for our appetizer we had the fish and mango (190). i liked this dish especially with what they've done to the mango it gave the plate a deeper flavor dimension. the batter of the fish was also good, it was light and it coated the fish just enough to give it a crunch.

next up is their beef bulgogi soft tacos (265). i wasn't a big fan of this one maybe because of the mix of the beef which tastes like their kebabs and the kimchi rice. i think both flavors are strong that they are overwhelming to eat.

for our main course, we had the chicken kebab (335). like what i said earlier, the tacos and their kebabs tastes similar the only difference was the tzatziki, grilled vegetables and you can also choose between organic ifugao rice pilaf, 3pcs tortilla or mixed greens. the rice pilaf was good but nothing to be excited about.

we also tried theirpasta4 mushrooms and egg (350). this is their version of carbonara which tastes like..... carbonara. meh. i think the flavor was too creamy but dry, although i liked the texture of thepastawhich was homemade but it was kinda overcooked though. meh.

after all that food of course we should have our drinks! kp and i had the organic calamansi juice (90).

last but not the least! dessert time! we had the goat's cheese- frozen cheese cake (250). i liked the flavor of the ice cream and it is also new for me so that's a big plus. i liked the consistency and the creaminess of the ice cream with a little hint of the flavor of the cheese. the wild honey was also good because it adds sweetness and cuts the richness of the ice cream.

the food and service was okay, i liked the concept of the restaurant. i had a great time dining here and to think that i was able to help local farmers even in a simple way. the dessert was the best part of my meal here, and the calamansi juice. hihi!

kapatid took charge of ordering for the group as he recommended the place and had recently eaten here for a family jaunt.

👉🏽 group started out with the mushroom soup. i love this fungi but wasn't too keen on it in soup form. i didn't want to try it but i had a good seatmate, that he said i would spit out an expletive once tasted. hmmm, i didn't, not to say it was underwhelming

👉🏽 next thing that landed were pitchers of guyabano juice, my friend described them as something else and it got my imagination running. nevertheless, i took a sip that turned into a gulp, sat back and enjoyed.

👉🏽 this beef kebab was put in front of us, and who doesn't love kebabs? oh, that's right, my mom! again, who else doesn't like kebabs? there shouldn't be anyone who wouldn't love earth kitchen's in particular. i'd say the beef was tender and was packed with flavor! the rice that accompanied it was tasty as well and please do not discount the sauces it came with. that spicy mayonnaise made me want to bite my fist sa sarap! tzatziki was also impressive. i was thinking if their food was really this good or i was just hungry and this was the first thing that popped into my mouth.

👉🏽 another dish i was looking forward to was their uni negra risotto. it looked very appetizing on a friend's photo that i was excited to try it. when they set it down in front of us, i realized that it was uni butter and popcorn scallops. my seatmate did the honors of mixing the dish. i felt that it was missing a flavor and one i couldn't put my finger on.

👉🏽 there were threepastadishes ordered and these were:
👍🏽 squid ink and aligue pasta, another dark dish that will leave your teeth dark but palate and stomach fulfilled. i thought that aligue would have been umay but it gave more body to the dish. i guess it was what i was looking for in the risotto.
✌🏽️ mushroom ravioli, i had given up on the soup that i also passed in tasting this dish
👎🏽 spaghetti pomodoro is my ultimate favorite pas ta dish. it is comfort food for me. so when the dish was placed in front of me, i felt the urge to be selfish and want it all to myself. thank god i didn't do it because this was such a disappointment. thepastawasn't al dente and though that wouldn't be my beef with it, the sauce felt like it was washed out. hmm, binanlawan is a good filipino term for it and no amount of parmesan or any kind of cheese could mask that.

👉🏽 which brings us to the beef bulgogi tacos. am not sure if chef works well with beef because this was the second beef dish served and it was amazing! the flavor of beef and the kimchi rice along with the shredded seaweed is enough to make you go bonkers. i was hesitant to lay the soft taco on my plate because it was already stained with so much food. one bite did not make me put it down, it just went down in my tummy.

👉🏽the grilled porkchop was one of the mains ordered and though i did not enjoy the chop, like one of my friends, i enjoyed the squash it sat on! it was a perk me up and i never say that about a vegetable and of a squash, no less.

👉🏽 ended dinner with tablea chocolate ice cream. i had a teaspoon to taste but it wasn't very memorable. maybe i could have more the next time to judge it better.

oh i was able to see how a male's bathroom looked like. i thought it was a unisex and i desperately needed to pee, when i left, i realized there wasn't a mirror and it had a male sign stuck on the door. good thing no one was waiting out or else i would've been a caitlyn jenner.

earth kitchen also has a section of organic goods, i'm guessing. i was tempted to buy cauliflower but realized that i may not be cooking that week.

it's been a while since i dropped by katipunan extension and if the restos are this good, i wouldn't mind going back at all!

first things first, the ambience? it's a killer. it's comfortable, earth-friendly, and not flashy. in fact, it's kid-friendly as well. as for the menu, there are unique items on the list that sets earth kitchen to be distinctive from other healthy restaurants. two of my all-time favorite dishes here are the homemade mushroom soup and the vegetarianpastalinguine. to be honest, i would kill to go everyday for their mushroom soup. moving on, they are also known for their refreshing calamansi juice. it's not too sweet, and not too bland either. i definitely recommend this beverage, especially when you are dining with a bunch of friends. overall, this is my most favorite healthy restaurant in manila.

greetings from toronto. x

it was an awesome experience, actually. earth kitchen surprised me in so many levels.

first, the outside of this restaurant looked like nothing too extravagant. but then when i opened the door, which is a really cool unusual kind of door, the interiors wowed me and my friends. there were also these paintings they sell for php500, and the proceeds will go to the charity (forgot what kind of charity). they also have a garden.

in terms of food, their menu was unfamiliar to me. good thing there were descriptions below, so we could imagine a bit. we tried dishes starting from the salad to appetizer to main dish to dessert. every dish was to die for. they served uspastawhich are unimaginable. also, their tablea ice cream with cookies... ugh.

i definitely will go back!!
