horrible. i went in one day for a donut and a cup of coffee and witnessed one of the young employee's getting verballyyelledat for not going fast enough, doing enough. the donut was soft and fresh but the coffee was burnt, gross and nasty.
i would never come back as i don't feel it is right for an employee to beyelledat in front of guests.
