horrible. i went in one day for adonutand a cup of coffee and witnessed one of the young employee's getting verbally yelled at for not going fast enough, doing enough. thedonutwas soft and fresh but the coffee was burnt, gross and nasty.
i would never come back as i don't feel it is right for an employee to be yelled at in front of guests.
