the ambience & set up is top class. they have managed to create an amazingramadanfeel to the entire place through subtle lighting and soft live music. however food offering is just about average.
there is not a single veg dish in the main course which was a major disappointment for my friend.
ironically the extras (coffee, soft drink) are charged despite the high initial price.
overall an interesting place forramadanvibes.

for the price of 220dhs at almajlis jumeirah, we were more than satisfied to be honest. for the price of 250dhs at opera dubai, well disappointment. charge of the valet parking is additional 100dhs? back in al majlis it is complementary. food had no variety at all, the famous drink oframadanwhich is "qamr al deen" was a syrup!! . the waiters/attendees were pretty much clueless about every question that the guests asked, they didn't know the difference between plum drink & qamar al deen (cmon) we ordered moroccan tea (jumeirah al majlis it's again complimentary) it was charged 25dhs & it was tasteless like the rest of the buffet. the only two things that was nice about this experience were the setup & the performance & that's it; am i going to pass by them nextramadan? well if they inhajced the service-food-offer why no?
