one of the best restaurants in charlotte! we enjoyed everything. we stopped by for lunch and had the brisket sandwich, fried oysters, baked pimento cheese, kale salad w/shrimp, and thecrabcakes! every dish was superb. service was first class.

went here for lunch. nice atmosphere staff as friendly and attentive. mixed reviews on the food. some at the table looked very good. i had the beet salad which was not good at all. the candied walnuts consisted mostly of sugar with a tiny nut inside that actually tasted stale. i added thecrabcakes which were almost all filler with a hint of crab. at $18 i kind of expected more. maybe i just selected the wrong entree. may try it again but not sure. definitely would not recommend it.
