divan restaurant & hookah bar

i loved the food and drinks. the server was friendly and professional. theservicewas awesome starting with valet suggestions of the menu. everything was great no complaints.

the food & atmosphere is one of a kind but theservicesucks! no utensils, once food & drinks arrived which felt like an hour, we were never checked on, never got more coal for our hookah (it literally went to ashes), no refills for drinks... i was extremely aggravated! not cool when you spend the money you spend here. never again, try some other place. seriously! (well unless you have great patience)

worstserviceand bad food!. the restaurant has a nice atmosphere but it is not worth the time nor money.

i ordered the tilapia which was unedible and extremely overcooked with no flavor at all. i then ordered a coke and had a refil, yet the place charged me $5 for 2 bottled cokes, which were clearly fountain drinks.

the garlic shrimp was decent but not worth $20. theservicewas extremely slow and it took over an hour to recieve the food.

the blue room upstair is extremely cold. seeing that this restaurant is an old house, they have numerous problems with heating and cooling in different rooms.

the best part of theservicewas the valet. my car was waiting for me readily when i left. i will not be returning to this restaurant and i do not advise people to attend.

great dating and foodie spot. yeah, i am a big fan of this place. i've been there like 10 times and brought in several of my friends including my brother who had been too nerdy to think he'd like hookah. oh yes, he liked it and we had two of them in a row.

but this place is certainly much more than just hookah, which i love. they make amazing shish kabob, chicken kabob and others. i love their tilapia. it's all done on open flame - at least it certainly tastes like it. the atmosphere is great for dates but i went there with my wife and even a friend anyways.

depending on who you are, they will send a beautiful girl or a handsome turkish man (i understand men are ok to say that now) to serve you. overall, it's never been a miss for me. everything - food, hookah,serviceand atmosphere - is great.

impressed. very good. i had the lamb, its a difficult dish to get right. they were outstanding.servicegreat, owner came by and chatted us up for a couple minutes. i really like this.
