the place is quite good and lives up to the expectation as experienced in major metro cities. was there yesterday for family dinner. valet parking, professional staff, ambiance, food was good. their special dal was too sweet..overall one of the finest & best fordinein .

guwahati is just a little better withdineway with us. i won't say it has the best food i have ever had,but a lot better from all the other places and with impeccable service by ghy standards.
the place is huge with different sitting arrangements.
most of my meals have been good here.
lets get to the food:
-the dragon bowl in veg/nonveg both sre really good
-veg teriyaki bowl : tastes good but very maggi type
-veg tandoori platter is really good! especially the dahi kabab
-kung pao paneer was different and also good on taste
-red pepper baby corn was fiery and high on taste
-paneer satay : a little bland
-afghani chicken : one of the best chicken i have had in guwahati for sure
-cheese balls :not sure if you could call them cheese balls but was good to taste
-yelloy dal : its good but too much of garlic.
-aloo udaipuri - this is just yum
-dal makhani - thick and brilliant
-kulcha is also really good

new visit review:
doing another review almost after 2 years of the first one and its sad to say that the quality here is dropping with every visit. i am sure their chef has changed and for the worse.hence the revised 3.0 score. everything we ordered was just average and the service was very sloppy. hope they bring their game on track again.

i have always praised food bydineway platz but way too disappointed today, ordered for pan fried fish it was not at all that, half the drinks are not available. very very disappointed today. on horrid anticipation of the lunch have ordered.

went todineway platz yesterday and i was pleased with the place. not only in terms of the decor and service, but the food as well which was really good.

there we had the-
*chicken lat me kai (rs 410) - flattened chunks of chicken cooked with onions and garlic. it is one of my favourite dishes ever and here also i loved it.
*mongolian pepper garlic bowl (chicken, rs 550)- a big bowl of creamy rice with chunks of chicken and veggies with the aroma as well as taste of pepper and garlic. it was delicious.
*handi chicken (rs 490)- it was good but not value for money. and was overpriced for the quantity served.
*masala kulcha (rs 75)- they served a huge piece and it was one of the best kulcha i have ever eaten.
*butter naan (rs 55)- yummy and buttery!!

i have been to this restaurant before and i have always liked the food and portions served. but i again went yesterday and my experience was horrible. i agree it is v-day so it's bound to be fully occupied. but how does that mean that people are there in waiting area, and you don't give a shit to them? no courtesy, nothing. initially i made a booking and was told we'll have half an hour of waiting, i was completely okay with me. after asking about it 40 mins later, i get the response that we can't commit how much time it is going to time? i got a seat after a whopping 1.2 hours when promised time was 30 mins. seriously? next, i had ordered veg noddles, and there was no cutlery in the table to serve the same. needless to say, the servers don't bother to serve, but after asking for 4th time, did i get the fork to serve myself because they don't bother to provide cutlery on ur table. they don't even serve a ketcup or any sauce with noodles for which i again had to ask for 4-5 times. i kept on calling the server, and they are standing there but don't bother to come and answer us. and what was really gross was they don't bother to wash glasses after picking up the same from a table where the same is finished. i saw from my own eyes, where there was a half filled coke glass , just returned from a table after the billing, and what the server did was pour the half filled glass with coke and give it to another table. gross! yuk! this is the most pathetic thing i have ever come across in a restaurant. if you can't handle load, don't be open on these days when you have waiting period. i had the most horrendous experience atdineway platz. i always loved the food ofdineway platz and it was my go-to restaurant but i am never visiting again. and i recommend everyone pls don't visit the restaurant. they have no call for hygiene and they serve such drinks to people which are neither washed or anything and used by someone else in this time of corona.

the spectacular interior design, soft music and delicious food ofdinegives me a romantic ambience always. great value for money...........

my favorite fine dining! the interior is awesome! the ambience is very nice! you sit there and you be like "sala 3 peg kum se kum". i went there with my sisters, nephews and niece!!! i had some hard drinks and the we ordered food when i visited 1st time there!!! starters we had is gold coins, crispy chili babycorn and spring roll! after then soup manchow around 8 bowls! in main course we had dal makhni (all time fav) 2 and shahi paneer 1 paneer butter masala 1 garlic naan 5 and butter naan 2, fried rice! and we were charged around 4000 (39 something). since thendineway platz is my all time favorite fine dining!!! :-) :-) :-)

i have been to this place a couple of times before n my experience was not bad. the food is real good n even d staff are courteous. but after what happened yesterday i will think twice before visiting this place again. it was full of mosquitoes. we felt as if we were in some roadside dhaba but u can't expect that in a finedinerestaurant! when we complained n asked them to provide some mosquito repellent they couldn't n instead asked us to change our table. we did that but it was the same there too. after this i talked to d manager who surprisingly just listened n quietly walked off without saying anything. so ultimately we had our food along with the mosquitoes n came back n not a single word of apology from any of the stuff.

dine way platz. first of all what an unique name. i finally managed todinethere at my third attempt. once the ac was not working and once we did not want to wait. so yes, the restaurant was nice interior with a mezanine floor seating and a separate lounge. we tried their mongolian rice, honey chilly potato n paneer tikka. mangiluan rice stood out for its taste. rest were ok. prices were also moderate and beer was cold and not too pricey. overall a decent place with wide variety of food on offering.

dine way platz khanapara is a beautifully made, and lovely concept infrastructured place very spacious and calm cool. located just opposite to taj, guwahatidineway platz comes up with some amazingly good taste of food along with great drinks ....
dine way platz has made it possible for some way or the other for spending a great quality time and also grab on magnificent meals. now being on one counter part the place is splendid serving continental , mongolian, chinese and also north indian ...
it also has a bar which has a wide range of drinks...

ambience and service -
this beautifully made restaurant provides you a great exprience with excellent ambience and skilled professional service.
the staff is quite tremendously awesome in manners like greeting , serving you very well and overall great hospitality...


price range - now accordingly, the rates are good to go with such wonderfully made place with perfect ambience and ofcourse the variety ,blend of flavours and tastes.
what to order ?? a big question when the menu is grand .....
now when i was there i had ordered for some yummy veg tandoori platter , the dragon bowl non veg which was superb and the afgani chicken so far the best ever in the city...
and the paneer satay which was again quite good...
it has served me with great amusing, enjoyable meal.
i am a delightful customer and hence its one of mine favourite place in the outskirts of the city . one can surely enjoy a pleasant meal with a chilling environment.....

worst management. this was my second visit indineway. the management refused to give us a bigger table as we were only two. what was surprising is that only one table was occupied with three customers in the whole restaurant. and they refused to make us sit on the table we want and that too in a very negative attitude of the waiter. this type of attitude to the customers will surely lower their reputation. nothing else. because in guwahati there are more than enough restaurants to compete with each other. after the incident i went to spectrum restaurant. the visit to spectrum is really memoriable as the food and service was much more good than i expected.

i love it.... talk abt the food or place or drink everything was too gud.... the only thing is the seats r too low... can't be comfortable dats the only thing becoz when i m eating my awesome food n my drinks i want a comfortable place.. i hope u guys understand.. but dis won't ever stop me going their again... i absolutely luvdineway platz.... 😘😘😘😘

we have chinese, continental, mongolian & indian cuisines. our speciality in food is mongolian & in bar is fresh fruit martinis.

had first been todineway last year in november, liked the ambience and the location of the restaurant but little did i imagine that this place at this time of the year would be the talk of the town. these days whenever i am talking about eating out,dineway is what i get to hear.

the hospitality is worth commenting on. the staff helps you order as per your taste. the indian food here is superb like the kali dal which i would highly recommend and i also really liked the veg. biryani. have heard that they also prepare different kinds of gravy as pr your requirement and they also have options other than the menu.
had tried the mangolian which was also good. but i must mention that the cannelloni was atrocious. the cannelloni sheet was so thick, and it did not have white gravy at all. we had also ordered for sizzlers which was again not that good.
service was fast and the staff was friendly. the ambience is good. i like the mezzanine and also the lounge that they have. good on quality and taste. 
if they improve on their italian and sizzlers i believe this place would do even better.

in guwahati..one of the best place to dine...food is awesome...the ambiance is very interesting.. staff's are so good and courteous...the one of the best here is the live mongolian counter they have..its yummmy..must try mongolian food.love the udaypoori aloo and vilayati veg with dal makhni and naan...over all good experience..

but washrooms r not up to the standard ofdineway platz....bingooo
