good meats! had pulled pork, chopped brisket, and theporkribs. all were delicious. meats are smoked, but seem to be un-rubbed. good flavor. our four sides were coleslaw, mac n cheese, jalapeño beans, and the baked potato casserole. the only complaint of those were the beans, which were very salty. the other sides were great!
