bait and switch con. bait and switch ... a rip off

with the sandwiches you get a card and a stamp with each sandwich. the 10th space says "free big barbecue sandwich". but the manager wont give you the free sandwich unless you purchase a large drink. there is no where on the card where it says "free sandwich with purchase". the manager says that the front of the card says "each purchase must be valued at $5 or more". so, no free sandwich unless you spend $5? this is a classic "bait and switch" con! the manager says that this is corporate policy.

i had been eating there for sometime and had gotten the free sandwich four or five times with no problem until this manager showed up. i tried a couple of times and found the same con running. so, for a couple of bucks this "manager" drove away a customer who had been there 40-50 times.

my grandfather taught me "you can shave a man every day, but you can only scalp him once".

we ordered togo and when we arrived it was very clean and had a lot of room. our order was ready and it was not priced bad consitering it was brisket. the food was soo good. me and my boyfriend are huge bbq fans and this was really good including the sides! and to top it off they have free ice cream(: love it you should try it

amazing!. i have been going here almost weekly for a while and then a couple nights ago decided to go somewhere else that was supposed to be "famous" and i was thoroughly disappointed. dickey's has the most delicious brisket! won't be making the mistake of choosing somewhere else to go anymore. you guys are great!!

overpriced. the ribs were decent, the sides were obviously pre made bags. very expensive for what you receive. disappointed.

good meats! had pulled pork, chopped brisket, and the pork ribs. all were delicious. meats are smoked, but seem to be un-rubbed. good flavor. our four sides were coleslaw, mac n cheese, jalapeño beans, and the baked potato casserole. the only complaint of those were the beans, which were very salty. the other sides were great!

no beer/wine.

definitely recommend. i will be back soon.

we love it. great service, very friendly people and food to die for! this is our 3rd time. called in ahead and will take out to chow down while watching the seahawks win from the comfort of the recliner!!!!

good bbq for a great price. we enjoyed the ribs, brisket and pulled pork. plenty of good options for sides. and, free ice cream.
