the dark horse is one of the places you need to check out for at least a beer if you're in boulder. no table service (order at the window and they'll call out your name when your food is ready), cheap drinks, and all sorts of chotchkies literally everywhere. thisplaceis a lot of fun if you're looking for something away from the pearl street scene. they have bingo nights, trike nights, a couple of pool tables and a number of dart boards. they also have a huge projector in the back that's usually always televising an important football, baseball, basketball or hockey game.
