pinny for your thoughts.... pinny,

no one can take your reviews seriously. you gave positive reviews to mcdonald's, little caesars, wendy's and tgi fridays among others. your palate is full of sugar and grease. i have been to curate numerous times and it has been very solid every time.

the decor was pleasant, the service efficient, the prices reasonable. my one complaint? they only serve sangria by the pitcher. on a beautiful summer afternoon in asheville, a glass of sangria with my tapas would have been delightful. on my return visit, i'll need a designated driver.

fabulous!. i had lunch here today with a friend; we had a fabulous time. we shared the chef''s choice cheese plate, the mushrooms and a shrimp and garlic dish that was superb!! we tried the rose by the glass and it was perfect!

chopping away at curate. when you open in downtown asheville, you have courage because automatically you are shooting to reach a higher bar than other downtown areas. service and brews definitely strong. food, not so much, and needs work. for example, tomato bread needed more flavor as did the croquetas - man, not even close to anything served at a hispanic place, out of their league. definitely not authentic tasting. the place specializes in spanish tapas, and it has potential. just not there yet.

this place was amazing. i saw that it had recently opened and thought it would great. the sparkling cava sangria was a great start to an amazing experience with great service and people who truly want to satisfy high expectations.
