my work colleagues were in town on a rare saturdaynightso we decided to check out a few of denver’s local hotspots. this was stop four along the trail. the cruise room is everything you’re looking for if you like latenightcrowded, loud and with good ambiance. we enjoyed a nice round of grapefruit infused vodka (deep eddie, ruby red grapefruit vodka from austin texas) while hanging out at the bar. the drink was so good we actually remembered drinking it at the end of a long night. and, as crowded as the bar was, i was pleasantly surprised by the fact that we could easily hear one another. i’m a bit old for this latenightstuff, but i will say, i enjoyed the upscale environment, their great holiday decorations and if we’re going to hang out late once and a blue moon, this was a nice place to do it at.
