the smallest portions ever. strangely the chefs appear very well fed. did they eat most of our meals?

great location, but unfortunately quite ordinary food. of the seven of us, only one person was super happy, and he had the prawns with pork belly. my mushroom and quinoa burger was pretty disappointing, although the chicken and beef burgers were better received. all the chips served with burgers were undercooked which seems like something simple that should just be done well. ocean trout and fish and chips received good but not great reviews, although more concerns about underwhelming chips.

service at the bar was attentive and the cocktails well mixed. i would have liked for someone to check in on us after the food was served so i could have given this feedback immediately but there was little attention our way once the food was dropped off.

not a bad experience overall but i won't be in a hurry to bring another group of friends here.

ordered their double hamburger. very disappointed. asked for it to be cooked medium- received a burger that clearly uses frozen patties. much like pre made patties you buy from coles. tough and grey coloured. no juiciness at all. highly overpriced for what you get.
would not recommend. inferno grill in maroubra or bonarche burgers are a better option.

had a great night at cruise. the views really don't get much better than this, especially during vivid. we were ecstatic to walk in on a busy saturday night and still get a front row table! service was friendly, the vibe was buzzing. a great venue all round!

cruise bar opened especially for lunch during mbfwa, should any of the stylish audiences have needed replenishment between shows. the view from cruise restaurant and bar, overseas passenger terminal, circular quay with the tent venue right outside from cruise and visible from the upper restaurant level, it was the perfect place to grab a bite and a cheeky drink before or after a show, which i was lucky enough to do. lunch with our small group was a shared affair of countless platters and sparkling wine. even though i'd missed the shared entrã

absolutely stunning dishes at cruise bar and an amazing view of the opera house to match!

cheers to mionetto moments, a celebration of mionetto prosecco from treviso, italy. to complement, i had a selection of dishes including rock oysters, crab and chorizo stuffed ocean trout, hanger steak, roo burger, and black forest chocolate mousse.

i was honestly blown away by the calibre of the food here. attention to detail with presentation and the thoughtfulness behind crafting each dish was phenomenal. i would highly recommend this location for a luxurious evening. my picks of the night were the oysters, hanger steak and chocolate mousse.

for some reason when i went, the menu presented at cruise bar was much smaller than what was available on their website online, and as a result we were only able to order multiples of fries and quesadillas. that being said, the quesadillas were quite nice (although flatter and crispier than other quesadillas i’ve had) and the sweet potato fries were delicious!
the service at the place was also top notch (including waitstaff and the security guards) as we were allowed to stay longer than our initial reservation, have extra seats and they offered to close the door to block out the wind, without us having to ask first.

extremely poor service by management! having a staff member aggressively approach me and my guest while trying to express our dissatisfaction with our time at this venue.

not only did we ask to speak to management but manger by the name of nathan completely brushed off our concerns and did not help resolve the issue or reprimand the staff member who was aggressive towards us when trying to make a complaint. noting that our group had spent more than $1k in drinks within a couple of hours
which seemed to have no impact on the staffs response to us.

will never book a corporate function at this venue again.

horrible experience. very rude staff. they were so uncouth. did not know how to treat guests. pretentious place. go there if you wanna waste money and feel like a loser because that's how the staff treats you.

the staff is racist and they are rude and uncouth. they are liars. couldn't handle the stress of new year's and threw me and my boyfriend out because they saw our passports and we were indians. what was our crime ? just that i had taken my shoes off. they threw me out because i had taken my shoes off. i had had only one drink. the manager was a horrible person who did not know how to speak to his customers. i spent $150 here and this is what they did. i would never recommend such a shitty racist place to anyone who's not an australian.

at times, it's a great place for an expensive drink, with the pleasant outdoor area looking across to the opera house, but it's more like being in a bank vault as soon as there's a ship there.  the food is somewhat fancy but always seems like small servings of ordinary food for the price.

nice view when there is no cruise docked. accommodating staff. suitable for a large group. we came here on a monday night, pre-ordered our food, service was quick, every body loved the sweet potato fries. food was average in my opinion, but overall a nice dinning experience. i would love to give a 3.5 rating, but reluctant to rate it four stars.

best view and served good quality food. i ordered the cauliflower arancini and smoked scallop as entree. definitely so good and so elegant.
the mains i choose the crusted snapper. so delicious and authentic! love the view while enjoyed my food. nothing better than that

a great spot for an afternoon drink. we didn't stay for a meal so i can't comment on the quality here - but the oysters / breads / nibbles were fantastic. a great view over circular quay and a great spot to bring visitors of sydney for that quintessential harbour experience.

entrees: scallops, oysters, wedges were good (wedges especially)
my main (ocean trout) was enjoyable. the potatoes and mushrooms on the side were tasty. 

service was ok, easy location with views.
