visiting the area and had a hankering for an oyster po'boy for lunch, which proved to be a lot less readily available around here than we expected. luckily we stumbled across crazy pho cajun. seriously: for $25 the two of us got stuffed on fantastic oyster po'boys, fries, and the house invention known as the crayfish bombs (crayfish & pork deep-fried dumplings). everything was fresh, delicious, the sandwiches were huge, and they don't chimp out on the oysters either. how this place wasn't packed i don't understand. maybe nobody knows about it. it's kind of tucked away in a strip mall, but worth seeking out. great service, funky decor, and justdeliciousfood. we didn't get to try the vietnamese fare, but it lookeddelicioustoo. we'll be back next trip down.
