i had ordered the cajun crawfish bombs and smothered catfish. the bombs were da bomb, a very unique, the filling was clearly fresh, i probably would have found some way to make a full meal with them. the smothered catfish dish i was a little less enamored by. while the fish was great (fresh tasting fish, good batter for the coating), the etouffee (of which there was waaaay too much) for mebroughtthe dish down. not saying that it was poorly made, i think it just wasn't suited for my tastes. maybe if they used about half the amount it would have been more balanced for me. i do want to try their cajun pho, and the po boys looked interesting as well, so will look into those if i go back.
