such a lovely bar. the food is also amazing.gooddrinks packages, plus you can use entertainer / zomato etc for food and drinks, plus they have agoodhappy hour. the staff know our names and always welcome us when we arrive. it’s like having a local pub, just as we had in england.

5 stars for the following:

allows dogs, even gives offer for people with dogs and provide water for them. most dog friendly place in dubai, would give more stars if it was possible !

decent prices for drinks at happy hour and one of the very few places or maybe the only one were you can literally drop in and sit next to the street outside and have alcohol without feeling you are even in a hotel.

to top it off they actually havegoodfood, so really nothing bad to say about this place. could add a light beer on tap though please, amstel light or bud light...

great little place to have a few drinks and dine al fresco.goodpub food, packed full of flavour and you can tell the chef puts effort into what he’s making. sometimes places like this are so focused on the drinks that food is an afterthought, not here - i enjoy visiting this place to eat as much as just having a few drinks outside enjoying the weather. it’s dog friendly too which is a bonus :-) the staff are attentive and very very pleasant which just makes the overall experience that much better.

has ample of space and the area outside the restaurant has a nice view in the evening.goodfor taking pictures :p

tried the iftar buffet at counter culture and it was indeed a rewarding experience. great variety of desserts andgoodfood. the ambience was warm and welcoming. wish i could have tried all the desserts though ..... sigh!

nice place, friendly staff. they havegoodcookies. they also have a buffet, never been to that. overall, agoodplace to just grab a grub. i’ve been there always for a quick coffee.

went to counter culture cafe this morning for breakfast and a coffee o meet up with a friend. it was a very pleasant experience with great service, delicious food andgoodcoffee. will definitely come back next time i am in dubai. thank you!

dinner buffet at counter culture has limited but verygoodquality premium food

they have unlimited sushi if you are a fan of sushi

worth mentioning dessert: the chocolate mudcake!

this place used to be our regular joint due to friendly staff andgooddrinks but unavailability of dishes and drinks every now and than waiting forever for server's to get their attention specially when you are seating outside is annoying.
to add to it they don't serve shisha anymore which though was not the highlight of this place but one of the reason to be there. really disappointed by these changes.

agoodplace to go for drinks, or even a late snack. coffees, cakes and milkshakes is what i enjoyed the most in this place. friendly staff and overall quite decent.

friday morning breakfast is special for us and we decided to venture to counter culture cafe for breakfast and boy did we wish we stayed in bed.

we didn't realise the cafe is used by the hotel for the breakfast buffet for their guests and it seemed like they were overwhelmed with the amount of guests they had. priority was given to the guests at the hotel and not walk in guests. after 10 minutes of seating we had to go and find someone to give us a menu and take our order, which was frustrating.

we ordered two english breakfast's and the breakfasts were cold and it seemed like the sausages and bacon were from the breakfast buffet and had been standing around rather than freshly prepared. also, the eggs seemed like they were cooked on a pan in the oven and tasted like plastic.

the staff were very helpful and offered to change the breakfast but unfortunately the substitutions were nogoodeither. we left feeling frustrated and hungry.

the 2.5 rating is only for the staff who were very apologetic.

food and ambience is amazing. the short ribs are the best ive ever tasted (highly recommended)the benedicts are also heavenly (which they serve all day long). overall its verygooddining experience! (thanks also to very attending staff) 😊😊😊

i had recently visited counter culture cafe for iftar. the cafe has been open for iftar, second year in a row. they also have a seating area outside.

the spread offered a wide range of options including lebanese, indian, chinese and italian. the main attraction was full lamb displayed at the center of the buffet. the options included biriyani, dim sums, shawarma, samosas and pasta.

a personal favorite was the range of desserts offered including live ice cream counters.

overall, the cafe offers agoodoptions for a relaxed iftar evening with family and friends.

the cafe offers valet service making your visit convenient.

post ramadan, the cafe will be a great indoor place to hang out especially with summers around the corner.

verygoodiftar experience with great choice and quality of food and very friendly service. from starters, to mains and dessert there was more than the usual every day selection. i liked also very much that the tables were not too closed to each other so that we were also sitting really nicely. we come again for sure!
