great thin crust pizza. cosimo's prepares a unique and really delicious thin crustpizzain a traditional open hearth oven. the dough is finished with semolina flour which results is a crunchy exterior, but still moist and chewy in the center. there is a good selection of toppings - my favorite is arugula with shrimp scampi. you can also order a halfpizzawith salad, which is more than enough for dinner.
