fun, laid back atomosphere, great food!. who thought you could get such great food in a strip mall? well,coppercreek pub & grub is quite the little gem hidden away in west valley city. don't blink or you'll drive right past it! their menu has everything from full entrees to some of the best burgers & sandwiches in the salt lake valley! my favorites are the southwest chubby (the bun is two grilled cheese sandwiches), the blue bacon burger, the full monte cristo, the garlic burger and the fish tacos are fantastic (and are on special every wednesday night)! tons of micro brews on tap to choose from, just about every sports game on, casual atmosphere and great people. you've gotta try this place! oh, and did i mention they have the nfl ticket too?
