copper creek pub & grub

poor management/ denny's chef. the copper creek pub has coupons with a co advertiser (entertainment) that they do not honor. they lure customers in with these coupons then refuse to accept them. basically they would rather pass on the bill to you an make excuses why they don't honor their own coupons and blame the other company. their preference is to have one time visitors, than regular customers. a smart manager would accept the coupons to gain regular new customers. i guess i live in a bubble.
the food was about like denny's with fancyburgerchoices. the chef burns the 9$ burgers.
i would not recommend this place!
stay at home and make your own food before you go to this dump-

more than just rockin' pub grub. not sure what to expect, hubby and i took my elderly parents and college-age daughter there while they were visiting. sure glad i did. dad's a "meat and potatoes" kinda guy. the fried cheese curds were out of this world. i could've made a meal of those. my daughter's a vegetarian (don't ask) so went with the vegetarian west valley garden burger. she wouldn't stop raving about how incredible it was. as this was lunch, sandwiches and burgers were the choices we made. the full monte cristo was huge! and fantastic! two meals for the price of one! the chubby melt was seriously massive and out of this world (hubby ordered that and even i loved it - and i'm not aburgerlover). the tru-bleu steak sandwich was amazing. the steak was cooked perfectly, and the sandwich was off the hook! can't wait to go back for dinner!

best food ever!!. get the southwest chubby!! amazing!! who really makes aburgerbetween two grilled cheese sandwhiches??!!!! this place!!! i love it. we love the char-crusted hickory smoked steak too! garlic fries and awesome fry sauce! amazing nachos with homemade chips! the santa-fe sandwhich is amazing!!! im glad not alot of people know about this place so we can keep it all to ourselves!!!!

ot of this world burgers!. cc pub & grub has a great laid back atmosphere with awesome steaks & burgers along with a great selection of cold beer on tap and great prices to boot. i personally love the bacon ranch chubbyburgerwhich is a flavorfulburgertopped with grilled onions and bacon and comes between two pieces of sourdough bread with the cheese grilled right onto the bread. i took that down with a great tasting honey wheat beer and all for about $12 bucks. amazing flavor and value. five stars!

fun, laid back atomosphere, great food!. who thought you could get such great food in a strip mall? well, copper creek pub & grub is quite the little gem hidden away in west valley city. don't blink or you'll drive right past it! their menu has everything from full entrees to some of the best burgers & sandwiches in the salt lake valley! my favorites are the southwest chubby (the bun is two grilled cheese sandwiches), the blue bacon burger, the full monte cristo, the garlicburgerand the fish tacos are fantastic (and are on special every wednesday night)! tons of micro brews on tap to choose from, just about every sports game on, casual atmosphere and great people. you've gotta try this place! oh, and did i mention they have the nfl ticket too?

try the chubby!. ok, so it is a bit overpriced. but the chubby is a greasyburgerlovers dream. it easily feeds two. and the fries are very good too. the place is a dive, so if you are into that, you'll love the place. it's not our scene, but the food makes it worth putting up with a few slobbering drunks. shoot some stick while you're waiting.
