lives up to it brand name always loved this brand in india and they continue to provide the besttt service food and hospitality and value for money.

had a fabulous lunch date. also shout out to pavandeep our server who was so polite and friendly and gave us a great service experience.

bad experience. spoilt our evening. spread is very very basic. there was only 1 grill in the menu. they charge you municipality fee because they are part of the 5*hotel but the overall experience is not worth even a star!
never coming back to this place for sure!

don’t go with the marketing. on the ads they say 69 inc of vat and municipality tax . but when the bill arrives they charge you 70 + 5% + 7%.

yes 70 instead of 69.

on the call they confirmed child below 10 is free. but on the bill they charge 50 for child.

iftar menu is very basic and not as expected.

customer service is bad as well.

they spoiled our evening .

finally we had to get the manager
involved and get the tax amount back.

booked a table for 4 for iftar buffet..although the place was not crowded when we reached at 7.15… the buffet was empty with 2 samosas, some left over pakoras … the qty of food in the serving dishes looked enough for 2-3 people.. after repeated requests, we got soup bowls, pakoras .. they did not seem to have enough cutlery too… another disappointment … thinking of not getting misled by the rating going forward..

superb food and service... staff is excellent... manager awesome... anytime better than other indian restaurant of this class...

the food (dal) had leaked inside the paper bag… opening the bottom of paper bag. everything fell off on the floor once i collected paper bag from delivery guy’s bag.

i'm a regular customer and i eat here almost on every alternate day!! the food, service and the ambience are absolutely fantastic. never before did i fall in love with any restaurant but this one really is worth every dirham spent. the taste is out of the world and the prices are very low if one compares the quality taste and quantity. four people eat here for price of two in any other place / cuisine. the breads are so fresh and crispy. they along with the curries are the best sellers or atleast my favourites. if i have to name my other favourites it would be the chholley which are cooked in tea water giving it the rich aroma and taste of mother's recipe. they come along with free kulchas and that in itself is too big for one person and definitely a steal! the mutton seekh and the chicken tikkas are other good items on the menu. the drinks esp the lassi and mocktails are very refreshing and perfect taste. the desserts on the menu are specialities of the restaurant and not the bought from supermarket types. they easily melt into your already full stomachs without much ado!! overall a 10 out of 5 star experience. my lifeline in dubai for good food and good experience 😍

other than food it was horrible experience… service was third class… so non-welcoming.. manager was good for nothing.. if i could give -1* would surely give that😡

went with a friend on a recent fri during the early evening hrs. it was empty and in a while groups and families started to join.

honest experience:
the table area where chose and sat was not cleaned on the floor. we saw food remain which appeared to be lying unattended for hours,
we were not given the drinks menu unless asked, rather expected to order the main course immediate,
staff appeared to shuffle often, also one of them seemed very young & inexperienced (below 21). no basic language skills in english and lacked coordination,
on the menu - the hot beverages had a few options, but only karak chai was available,
we were served main course plates soon after placing the initial order - chai and snacks,
a while later on ordering the main course - they did not include essential cutlery: spoons, forks, knife until we asked,
in spite of informing much in advance - the server did not wear gloves and touched food with bare hands,
no first serve was done by the server.

the service was very bad it was like as if no one was interested to work. starter papad with chutney was brought in the middle instead of in the beginning and wet wipes were not given after the food but was brought only after it was asked for.
the food is quiet pricey for a very small quantity. taste was ok , mutton biryani was too much spicy full of masala and less rice, very small quantity. kadak chai was not at all kadak it was too watery and tasteless although priced at 12 aed.
not worth a try.
