ok these are the best cookies that i've had. the warm milk choc chunk cookies are the things that dreams are made of. if i could have these warm cookies every day i would be the happiest man alive. the flavoured milk and kareoke-cookie- give-away are also great features of what id say is the best store in the universe

cookie time cookies are my children favourite. when i brought them to ctcb, they were so happy! my son was amazed by the cookie car in the shop and the monster at the entrance! we just love their cookies! we grabbed 5 buckets of cookies plus some milk box cookies. the chocolate cranberry flavour was my favourite.

friendly and outgoing staff! delicious cookies and cookie dough! with decent pricing. i went back twice while my stay in queenstown. definitely recommend

yum yum yum! a bit of a wait but was expected, had the s’mores milkshake and was soooo good. second time round tasted a bit milky which was a shame as they’re a treat when i visit

this place is filled with super tasty and super chocolaty shakes and chocolates. these guys have a wide variety of cookie shakes which itself is a new concept for many people plus the shakes are very tasty. thier cookies are very famous there in queenstown.

friendly as staff. all items reasonably priced. of course the quality and taste is on point. no questioning that.

definitely worth coming here for the shakes! i got the rainbow shake. it is very rich and filling though as there is ice cream and cream in it so i couldn’t finish it. the cookies are worth getting at 6-7pm as it’s 2 for $3. i got the banoffee and salted caramel cookies which were delicious. the banoffee one was like a banana loaf but in cookie form and there were chunks of chocolate in the salted caramel one. would definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

this is very different to what you'd get in a supermarket. the cookies are freshly baked so they're gooey and hot. they also come in different flavours which they obv don't seek in supermarkets
we got the sandwich with a salted caramel, banoffee cookie, and affogato ice cream.

lots of options. not a cookie fan but it was nice.
absolutely love the ambience and music. staff are friendly.

was so excited when i saw they actually did vegan shakes - can be quite hard to come by! you definitely want to be hungry before having a shake, as they are big enough to be a meal in themselves. would be great in future though if there were more vegan friendly ice cream options 😊

probably one of the creamiest and smoothest coffee shakes i have had! will definitely be back during our next visit!

anyone need large dose of sugar fix can take a cup of their milk shake. too thick to drink through the paper straw, will not try again.. good place for photo shot

if you’re sweet tooth or just love icecream and cookies, this is the place to have your fix. i’m not that much of a sweet tooth but can say i thorough enjoyed the fresh baked cookies that were made and the cookies and cream ice cream, yum!

i wanna start from the time that i was on queue (friday night) to try your warm cookies with ice cream and whipped cream. it was a busy night but the queue was moving smoothly and when i got the the register this very smiling lady had a small chat with me, i waited for what i ordered and its worth it! the combination of ice cream, warm cookies and whipped cream is just heavenly. fast forward to sunday afternoon, i was sitting by the lake and the same lady who served me approaches me offering some cookie samplers. we had a chat and because of her superstar service i easily recognized her, i even asked her if she could take my photo which she willingly did and i am so happy that i got the chance to know her name which sarah. i commend this lady for loving what she's doing, not just serving people but connecting with them. a very lively and soulful lady. thank you again for being so awesome, sarah!
