sweet tooth heaven especially for the young and young of heart.cookies are freshly made and a lot of variety compared to what is available in the supermarkets. various choices of shakes too (a little bit to sweet for liking). if not a big fan of sweet things maybe stick to the small cookie and chocolate milk that comes as a combo plus side is you a free milk bottle.

delicious milkshakes and also a great range of different cookies. my son absolutely loved this store. perfect spot for a treat if you’re in the area.

very overrated and the queues are insane. we waited 40mins to be served and it really wasn't worth the hype.

cute cookie shop. cookies are so yummy.
the only reason i gave 3 stars is the waiting time. we waited for more than 30 minutes to have one simple milk shake.

i love the staff, i love the cookies. my kids thought this place was so cool we went back the next day. definitely a family friendly place but be prepared to wait a little bit, there seems to be always a line everytime we pass by.

a must visit chic little place in town. they have freshly made cookies, ice cream and shakes.

also the prepacked cookies make great gifts for friends and families.

super cute cookie shop.. had freshly baked hot cookies..they were super delicious.. also tried the cookie dough shake, it was awesome but too heavy for us to finish after having cookies.. they have nice souvenirs and packets of cookies to purchase.

cookie time cookie bar is an iconic dessert and souvenir store in queenstown and i’ve been wanting to come here for the longest time.

we finally made it and the store is everything we anticipated plus more. our server was super friend and genuinely happy to give recommendations.

we had the rainbow shake, nutella shake and lewis creamery milk + cookie. the lines a bit long but totally worth it!!


it’s super sweet though, so you might want to share

if you are in queenstown and love shakes/cookies, then this place is a must visit.
they have some super amazing and crazy shakes.
we had the nutella and double chocolate brownie fudge shakes. and loved both the shakes.
absolutely loved this place.

such an awesome place, loved the environment. was so busy. i wish we had it up here in auckland. so many varieties of things to choose from. we got 2 shakes, unfortunately, couldn't take a picture of one of them. super delicious, full of sugar and tasted amazing haha

i don't like cookies but cookie time cookie bar gave me a whole new life

ordered:
🍪 macadamia and white chocolate cookie: 1 for $4 or 3 for $9

review:
the cookie was hard on the outside yet still buttery soft on the inside!!
unbelievable consistency, with nutty, crunchy texture from the macadamia.

service was friendly and efficient with smiles all around. a short walk from the pier, it's a great opportunity to bring your cookie down and watch the sunset!

the one thing to note is that it is incredibly sweet - if you're prone to guilt like i am, make sure you eat healthy before absorbing this magic✌

i have been dying to write a review for this wonderful cookie bar! warm milk and cookies, ice cream, milk shakes and merch- it couldn’t be better! we tested out the smore shake that came with ice cream and warm marshmellow, absolutely delicious and a great treat! also the nutella shake that was toppled with whipped cream and a ferrero roche. couldn’t resist, so made a second trip to get our hands on another shake: the double fudge chocolate shake! be warned! these shakes are extremely delicious and sugar rushes are likely to be experienced so proceed with caution! 🍪

i was welcomed by the beautiful smell of freshly baked cookies as i walked into the store. i got the choc fudge cheesecake cookie dough with affogato ice cream - it was good but not amazinggg. definitely would come again to try their indulgent looking shakes.

a small little place to grab some delicious cookies, and the ratings are strictly for the cookies.

hot chocolate and ice cream were a disaster though.

moderately priced and service is friendly.

you absolutely must try this place. the cookie time bar heaven, and their hot chocolates are carefully crafted masterpieces. visit when it's colder - you'll thank me later.
