2.5 is for the ordinary service. i quite like the hot cookies from cookie time but was a bit disappointed with one of the staff members who didn't seem to care at all that we had been waiting in line for over 15mins. she had this deadpan expression on her face and was singing along to the music looking customers in the eye, it was very odd. i wouldn't have minded the weirdness had she actually noticed she was doing no work and people were leaving the store because the wait was too long. good cookies, very ordinary service.

cookies and cream coffee shake was a winner. the girls working there are humourus. not sure why they are wearing hardly any clothes though...

just the look of the place was amazing, i took advantage of their $1 coffee which was from 8am to 9am and also their 2 for 1 cookies which was in the afternoon some time. all i could say is delicious

one of the best tasting cookies and ice creams i've had. even better than subways soft centre cookies!!! a must try is the s'mores and cookies and cream shots. nice and warm on the outside and creamy and chewy on the inside. best taken on a cold day.

great service, freshly baked cookies & mouth watering ice cream. i'll definitely be back on my next visit, highly recommend you stop by there if you're in the area!!!!!!!😍👍🏼

best place in central if you are craving for something sweeeeeet !! well it does not need an explanation.. name says it all :)
they do specials around 8-9am and 6-7pm, grab it !

this place is just... wow! a trippy technicolour sugar high, filled with milk and cookies as far as the eye can see. cookies were freshly made and quite scrumptious. be prepared for line-ups and tourist crowds.

great wee spot which showcases the delicious thing that is a cookie time cookie. you can buy merchandise & cookies as well as get yummy things like s'mores, chocolate milk & cookie dough ice cream

cute cookie time bar for the cookie lovers and the tourists! get all their various merchandise right here and take a photo for memories sake. they even have ice cream! i had a chocolate ice cream and it came with a cookie. yay!
also sign up with the ipads in store and you get to spin the wheel to try your luck for something free.
my friend loves their cookie shake... too sweet for me though!

had the cookie&cream coffee shake and the cherry brownie shake, both of them were great. really thankful to have such lovely outlet at queenstown central as a tourist at the first time visiting here.

i'm a big cookie and biscuit fan of all sorts, therefore came across this colorful  joint with a nice warm welcome inside by the pretty shop attendants.
i ordered the vanilla double chocolate shake and just love this, they also sell these loose and as gift sets too, plus coffee as well.   just rite too i prefer the cookies semi soft, not like the subway cookies which is soft as and crumble to bits on the bite, and remember they are made of just brown sugar cemented together with flour and dairy products, well the chocolate chippies are. had cookie time bikkies  on the jet too as a snack on the journey down/back

visited here back in january.  holy jesus the cookies are good!  we came back on several occasions for desert and always found the cookies perfectly baked (soft and gooey).  a definite must try!

cookies are fresh, soft and warm. melt in your mouth kinda bickie and it still holds original taste 🙄 mini cookies and other cookies are priced well and affordable. we had a mini cookie sandwich and a cookie time double chocolate and vanilla shake that was delicious nothing much to it, it wasnt a "omg" moment. but thats just me, have had better 🙄

i came twice during our stay in queenstown. the milkshake with smores was delicious. broken cookies in a bag, yum! not a fan of the flat hot cookies, but i love the concept of the bar.

if you are crazy about cookies, then this is the place for you! 

the smell will hit you when you walk in and you will ooh and ahh at the offerings – soft gooey cookies in all flavours, milkshakes, hot drinks and merchandise to take home.

and here's a tip - everyday between 8am to 9am, head down to cookie time for $1 coffee – bargain!
