connie's restaurant & steakhouse

the jd beef steak was good but wasn't a fan of their sangria's. theporkribs were average. lot of room for improvement. the brownie with ice cream didn't seem fresh.

connie’s was on my list for quite some time. a nice and cozy place with some good music, tasty food, and great service is what defines this place. although famous for their steaks, their all-day ‘king’sporksausage breakfast’ satisfied my appetite quite well. so their steaks and burgers are a story for another time. and the best part for me, the bacon, salami, and sausages were perfectly seasoned. what more could you ask for a perfect sunday breakfast?

when it comes to steak there is no other place better than connie's steakhouse. they have the best beaf steaks andporkribs. i have tried steak at many other place in bangalore and no one could match the level. highly recommended.

me and my husband both are steak lovers. we explored connie's kammanhally and tried 5 different dishes from their signature list. chicken musroom steak was ok however mashed potato was very dry and tasteless veggies were not boiled at all it was raw and seems like pan tosses. rest new york tenderloin and cord and blueporkwas good. lastly rib eye was horrible over cooked and hard to chew. when reported manager was trying to justify

connie’s is a fav for years now. one of the few places which offersporkchops for breakfast. love their veg burger. their portions are quite big and sumptuous.

visited this place as we have been eyeing this for sometime. went their for their beef steak. started withporkribs which was pretty good. however, the beef steak (highlight of our visit) was extremely tough and had to waste more than 50% of it. the manager was sweet enough to give us a desert on the house for the mishap, but that’s not what we went there for.

there are too many steak places in bangalore. i am writing this off my list. sorry, good service, bad food quality does not serve the purpose.

finally went here after so many attempts past few years
either due to the weather or traffic or what ever
this cross country ( city in my case) was so so so worth it

they are huge double decker double patty burgers with tje most amaxing fkavours be it lamb orporkregular or jack daniel special
we actually parcelled them back as no way could we finish it
the portions here are generous
the quality of food superb
so looking at that the pricing is very good
because easily a burger csn be shared by 2 or a portiom of wings
and guess what we get 4 large slices of garlic
bread on the house
need to go back once again after starving to goegd on the other items on their menu
so glad i finally made it here

firstly i ordered for aporksteak and got a chicken steak.
secondly the paprika steak was horrible,
it was flavourless, the vegetables were too less and the chicken was undercooked.
i have had better steak and this place isnt worth the hype and price.

the ambience is warm and comfortable, the staff very courteous and respectful, the service is very quick and the food is absolutely delicious!! we had theporkribs, a beef pepper steak and a chicken sizzler and everything was so wholesome and satisfying. this place truly is a gem and their food has been consistently good over the years!! keep up the good work connie's! you guys are amazing !

this place has a very old rustic charm to it in a nice way. simple decor, dim lights and red white checkered table cloths compliment the look. there is parking on the road right in front of the restaurant. it was our first visit and we were like school kids all giggly and happy as we loved to read the entire menu with so many options as it was our kinda food which u dont get in kadugodi/seegehalli side of bangalore.
we got a complimentary side of garlic bread which was a nice gesture as many restaurants dont offer anything complimentary. it was fresh bread, i'm guessing home baked and so yummmm
we orderedporkbaby back ribs which comes with sauteed vegetables, mashed potatoes and garlic bread but we asked for french fries - it was so yummmmm and mind you we notporkfans, i've only eatenporkthrice in my life but i loved it
it was so flavorful, perfectly cooked. just next time would ask the gravy be served on the side and not on top
swiss tenderloin steak - it was thinly sliced and we asked for medium rare. it was good in taste but would have preferred a lil more rare and also remember it's made with wine sauce so if you not somebody who likes it sour, this may not be for you.
the cheesecake in a jar was good and smooth and yummy
the creme brulee was good but does not justify that price tag.
so what could be better - vegetables were definitely under cooked. maybe that's how they do it but would have preferred it cooked and not under cooked and with some italian spices added to it
the mashed potatoes were o.k, you could taste the extra flour in it. i'm guessing they use bechamel sauce to thicken it. creme brulee was overall good but not justified in price
will definitely be back here

a perfect combination of delicious food and amazing owner and staff. highly recommended place.

pork ribs- yum yum, spicy, sweet and mouthwatering
chicken cordon bleu - cheesy and comfort.

dessert:

apple pie with icecream: amazing hot buttery crust with an yum combination of hot apples and cold ice cream

it was my first visit to a breakfast joint in bangalore. though it opens late in the morning, it's worth the wait. i have ordered a king's breakfast and choose apple juice and cheese omlet from the various other choices of eggs n juices.
it's tummy filling for 2 person easily plus the bacon and the sausages were very yum!! i'mporklover and i give one extra star only coz of the bacon.
ambiance is very simple and subtle while you will be busy enjoying your morning breakfast.
i'll strongly recommend to go with an empty stomach and order king's breakfast! and dig in..

one of my friends recommended me the apple pie with icecream here and i had to oblige. went there and was obviously tempted to order more than just dessert and oh boy what a good decision that was!

i accidentally landed up here with chaitali mandal (@the_snacking_gypsy) once out of undecided meat cravings and that was the first time i really fell in love with their barbequeporksteak served with mashed potatoes. the flavours were so delectable, the smokiness of the barbeque sauce combined with the sweetness of the searedporkribs just made it a fabulous combination. i would also highly recommend the fresh lime soda, the peri peri chicken steak, the potato wedges and the hogs of logs! when the management told me that i would love connies, i smirked but after having the food, i was indeed in love with this place. also not to forget, their house special barbeque chicken wings are fantastic.

the entire theme and decorum of the restaurant revolves around olde worlds aesthetics. it has a very old school vibe , the table clothes and runners being all checkered and subtle retro music playing in the background literally sets the mood. visited this place after being recommended by many of my acquaintances. we ended up ordering jack danielporksteak , honey garlicporkribs , kings breakfast spread , chicken mac ‘o’ cheese , sangrias and another mocktail . we walked into the restaurant and were immediately served thick portions of garlic break (complementary) by the courteous staff. however , our high expectations about the steaks were in vain. the jack danielporksteak had excessive amount of salt in it , so did the sausages & cold cuts. the mac and cheese was up to the mark but theporkribs weren’t finger licking good. the ribs lacked flavor as it was overpowered with herbs. the mashed potatoes had a bewildering texture. it was smooth and luxurious , it would be justified to say that those were the best that i have ever had. the veggies were cooked properly , they were meant to be ‘crisp’ and not ‘raw’. lastly , the sangrias and mocktails didn’t let us down and was worth it. the portions that they serve for the price is justifiably & aren’t meager. overall , it was a pretty satisfactory luncheon !
