this outlet of concu has opened recently and they have done a decent job i must say. the ground floor ambience lives up to the usual concu standards but the first floor ambience could be better. the service is a hit and miss with staff who literally stare at you while eating which is quite uncomfortable. that, is something not expected at all from concu.
this is my first time trying a few dishes such as the empanada and the pizza style garlic bread and they’re quite good. the presentation is also nice. one con is the difference in quantity between both the dishes which is striking, in a bad way. the empanada has four small pieces whereas the garlic bread has more than double the quantity for lesser the price. this is quite unacceptable and something they must work upon. it’s also not like the empanada is made with some exotic ingredients. the desserts are the usual concu fare with the baileys coldcoffeebeing better at their other classic outlets such as the jubilee hills and the filmnagar one.
overall, concu is a welcome addition to this area and definitely worth visiting. they must work upon these to make the experience even more worthwhile.
