visited here for desserts and it was great! we ordered for tiramisu (loveeed it) and a macaron. we ordered for one more thing but forgot the name.

pls refer in the pictures.

tiramisu was heavenly and i loved how they infused coffee syrup/shot in it. so fresh so flavorful. one of the best desserts in town and glad to have it close by narsingi!

would love to rate better after dining in! also the staff is really polite and well versed with the menu!

if it was only for the taste of the food, my rating would have been all 5 stars. when you step into a place such as this, there are certain expectations to be met and i was ecstatic that this branch was so close to home. having visited concu in jubilee hills, i obviously went in looking for the same kind of service, environment, and food. the decor was very very minimal and nothing at all like the one in jubilee hills, so there was a slight disappointment. nevertheless, we always go for the food and were waiting for our macaroons and veg empanadas to arrive. the fact that such delicious pastries were served on a tissue paper which was placed on a plastic tray was completely unexpected and unacceptable. the empanadas came in a serving dish and even then we were not given any plates. if i had to eat off of a tray and a tissue paper, i would have gone to a crowded mall. when asked about it with a staff member, he said for safety purposes they don’t give plates. our appetite was lost immediately. my opinion might come off as high maintenance for some but when i pay a good amount, i expect a decent dining experience. the food was incredible but we wouldn’t go back to this concu again.

we ordered a pizza and cold coffee for two people . the crust of pizza was little burnt but it did not compromise on taste . coffee was freshly brewed and strong , a must try for a coffee lover . ambiance was also very calm and pleasant or atleast it was during lunch hours on a friday . the only thing upsetting was their billing scanner on the table . for every order you have to make a payment and it takes a lot of time at every step . if you are a person who orders all three courses separately then you are in for a long wait and trouble but again it is a good place with good food .

this outlet of concu has opened recently and they have done a decent job i must say. the ground floor ambience lives up to the usual concu standards but the first floor ambience could be better. the service is a hit and miss with staff who literally stare at you while eating which is quite uncomfortable. that, is something not expected at all from concu.

this is my first time trying a few dishes such as the empanada and the pizza style garlic bread and they’re quite good. the presentation is also nice. one con is the difference in quantity between both the dishes which is striking, in a bad way. the empanada has four small pieces whereas the garlic bread has more than double the quantity for lesser the price. this is quite unacceptable and something they must work upon. it’s also not like the empanada is made with some exotic ingredients. the desserts are the usual concu fare with the baileys cold coffee being better at their other classic outlets such as the jubilee hills and the filmnagar one.

overall, concu is a welcome addition to this area and definitely worth visiting. they must work upon these to make the experience even more worthwhile.
